Good Price and lovely people.Have a room with AC or fan, no problem. Nice little breakfast close to the beach. Best Place to stay in Padang Bai!!!! Was there for 2 weeks and I will return! Thank you very much!

Our group of friends needed to stay the night in Padangbai before continuing on to our trip. We made the mistake of staying at the Padangbai Beach Homestay. The place is crawling with cockroaches and centipedes, and the staff don't seem to be bothered by it. Pay a bit extra and have a good night's sleep.

The open air wc is dangerous due to the fauna living around. A mouse stole our soap twice, and bite our luggage. The room is unpolite and there are not cleanliness. The breakfat is poor. The best is the pool.

I have stayed in this place for few days in a low seeason in a basic (fan) bungalow. I would like to say that it was so hard to feel comfortably and chill out. Positives: - really nice garden and pool. that is why we wanted to stay there. But that is the first and last positive impresion. Negatives: -... More

The outdoor decor may look appealing but management staff is unwilling or unknowing how to maintain the place to be a comfortable sleeping accommodation. You can find the same prices offered at all the hotels on the street with breakfast and more comfortable rooms. Traveling everywhere in Indonesia especially in Bali for a backpacker room to cost $15+ in consideration... More

We just stayed 1 night and regretted it as soon as we accepted the room!Very basic with no mosquitos net. you have lots of marks and dead insects on the floor - it was extremely hot and the fan was absolutely useless! The shower and toilet are very old and dirty! It smelled very bad at night outside the bungalows!... More

I had an upstairs room above the restaurant over looking the beach. The room was spacious, clean and everything worked. The reason I chose the home stay was that the dive centre was next door- very convenient. Further back from the sea front is the main accommodation which is arranged around a small pool. These rooms would be much quieter... More

The rooms are big (the exepnsive ones), clean and nice. Also I need to point out that the beds are huge. AC works well. Breakfast is very basic and better off to eat somewhere else. Service is non existant, rooms only get cleaned after you ask several times. All service people hang around in the front and are playing with... More

Am talking about the homestay next to geko dive. Took the big room in front with ocean view. Room was ok, nothing special. Bathroom smelly. Tap water very salty. Staff ,owner, not really friendly. Overpriced. Nice pool. Might be that the cheaper rooms are better value. There are better options in Pbai.
