Absolutely fantastic hotel, from the grand entrance with the pool feature in the lobby. Fantastic staff. Two beautiful pools beautiful rooms. Breakfast is to die for comfortable beds. I moved from another hotel and I was so happy I did as I wanted to fly home. This is my new home.

I've been staying here for the past 15 years (on and off) and it's great to see familiar and new faces. Fantastic service and hospitality from the bell boys, reception, housekeeping, engineering to the f&b team. Special thanks to Ibu Sussy for looking after my pre and post birthday stays. You've been such a pleasure to deal with. Good lil chat with the GM too, it's cool to see you roaming around the hotel interacting with your crew and guests. Thanks so much as well to Bulan at the Reception, Ratna and Rayani from the F&B team. These ladies never fail to smile and greet me. Looking forward to staying here again next year. Till then, Merry Xmas and Happy New Year!

I just experienced the best hotel service by Mercure Legian Bali staff. They are ever helpful and accommodative to my needs and gave me a very comfortable stay in Bali. The staff even upgraded my room and gave me the best view of the pool.

What an amazing hotel in a prime location. Two fantastic pools. Such beautiful clean rooms with comfy beds and fluffy pillows! The staff were fantastic, especially the pool staff and breakfast staff. Special mention to Sussy (Front Office Manager) for addressing any concerns we had and making our stay more pleasant! I highly recommend this hotel. You won't be disappointed.

Fantastic location, 2 pools, great breakfast, clean rooms, comfortable large beds, balcony, right in the heart of things. Great helpful staff and great Management. Excellent prices for accommodation and great choice of rooms, some with Plunge pools. Will book again, enjoy our Month last year and our 14 nights this year 2023. Thanks Mercure, special mention to Nengah who is always able to assist with any needs.

Stayed 10 nights at the Mercure Legian and enjoyed it thoroughly. Clean rooms, good breakfast and pool side service. Hotel is in a great location, close to everything. Pool opening hours were really good, nice to be able to go for a swim at 9pm. Didn’t have any issues with noise as the guests when we stayed were all respectful and you couldn’t hear the noise from the pool area in the rooms anyway. Staff were amazing. Hubby got Bali belly and they arranged a nurse to visit our room to check on him. They even called and checked on him when he hadn’t left the room for the whole day to make sure he was okay and to see if he needed anything. The staff really were amazing, very friendly and were what made our stay enjoyable. Highly recommend.
