I stayed in a bungalow and it was huge! The bed was really high off the ground and I'm sure it was bigger than a king! I actually felt like the queen sleeping in that beautifully carved 4 poster bed! (Although it was squeaky when moving around). The staff were absolutely fabulous and helped out wherever they could and gave...

You get what you pay for but i really enjoyed this place. I found the staff to be so friendly. They even went out of the way to set up tvs for us to watch the rugby. I really found this accommodation to be fine for me and my mates. We enjoyed the breakfasts and the pool was always the...

Only paid $40 bucks for this place so didn't know what to expect. Well we checked out 1 hr later and didn't stay . It was uninhabitable and dirty, stained sheets discusting smell and someone's wet mouldy shoes found in the wardrobes, booked a double bed for my wife and I and got 2 singles , when we complained they...

Legian Village is a bit tired but there are some real positives. You need to understand that the hotel is actually two different facilities with the reception on Jalan Padma. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are tired but keep immaculately clean. Lows canthe restaurant is not cheap but standard. I do recommend the Spanish omelet. I...

Booked this hotel through our travel agent, both the book and internet listings make this place seem an attractive and cheap choice. We lasted 20 minutes, the shower and toilet were filthy, with broken fittings. The bed had dirty linen, the electrical fittings were either broken or not working. So called mini bar consisted of an empty fridge with a...

I needed two weeks in Bali to write and searched for budget accomodation. I've stayed in Bali several times so familiar with the location. I like Legian as it is out of the Kuta area but if I want to shop its only a walk or cab ride and there are plenty of restaurant options along the waterfront and bars...

I've camped and backpacked throughout Asia and this was probably the creepiest, grottiest place I've ever stayed. Actually, we didn't even spend the first night. I'd prepaid for our rooms and so we just cut my losses and left. I could write a novel about this joint, because it sounds like bad fiction. But every word is true. Checking in,...

Hotel staff are a friendly, always smiling and very helpful. location of hotel is good. everything is within walking distance. price is reasonable so don't expect room and hotel facilities to be 5 star. dining at hotel nothing much to shout about. overall, value for money .

I stayed here June 2012 with my friend. The first night we arrived my friend had her bag stolen from a motorcyclist nearby (not to alarm people from going). When we notified the staff they ensured that the next 9 days were the most enjoyable ones we had, and always made sure we felt safe. Unlike some reviews, we had...

Staff friendly and helpfully, rooms are old and not too small but could be cleaner, overall value for money for a convenient location.

“My new room was against the pool which was nicer than the first room at the back. Down side of that was that the girls in the next bungalow brought people how at nights to party with in the pool. I was writing not sleeping but it would annoy others.”
