Just spent 3 weeks at the Grand Sinar Indah and was very impressed with all facets of the hotel, it is great value for money with good staff, nice pool and choice of older style or new style rooms. Older rooms are a little tired but more than compensated by price, location and quality of staff.

Really nice hotel. Could not fault the rooms at all. This trip I stayed in the new rooms. Everything was clean and presentable. Rooms cleaned everyday. Welcoming and helpful smiling staff. Restaurant had nice food and very adequate breakfast. Will definitely be staying there again. I have already booked for my next trip.

Be careful when booking here as the website is completely false as none of the features came in our room. Yellow stains all over the bedding so we had to use a jacket as a pillow cover to avoid touching the stains. Staff arent interested in your concerns once they have your money. Book at your own risk

The rooms were adequate. But we booked 5 rooms all up. Had 2 at different ends of hotel and down stairs 3 up stairs. The breakfast was appalling and inconsistent raw eggs and under cooked pancakes. Room cleaning was really bad. No towels or bath mats. Stained sheets and pillows no room safe no hair dryer not enough pool towels... More

Booked this hotel and payed online and room that was advertised was not what we were given. When we arrived we were told that our room was not available and that we had to stay in a different room for the first night. For the first night we were given an interconnecting room and the next morning we were expected... More
