BUT… The most important reason for my review & feedback was because of one individual that ABSOLUTELY made our experience the best holiday we have had. Adi (Pool Area) was OUTSTANDING in every aspect, his attention to detail, attitude, friendly manner and ability to ensure every single customer was attended to at all times was the best I have EVER seen. Warm welcoming friendly staff make this hotel an extra special place to stay. Clean and well maintained property in a great central location. Long breakfast, lovely pool and cocktails are a dream. Highly recommended. We will be returning to this gem of a hotel.

Amazing Service, Fantastic Resort. We stayed in room 539 with a great view over the pool. Well-appointed room with robes and all bathroom amenities. Clean linen and towels. Fabulous twice daily room service, with free soft drink mini bar. The bath on the balcony was great. Buffet breakfast , just the best ... Thank you, Dika, for great coffee and wonderful morning laughs. Special mention to John in Guest Relations, your sevice was above and beyond ... we wish you great success in the future. Impeccable hotel, we will be back. Our only negative is the smoking being allowed throughout the resort .. maybe a designated smoke area would be a good idea ...it's never nice to be dining with a waft of smoke !!

Five star food and staff. Unfortunately, like other hotels in Bali post-COVID, it really needs renovating; especially the bedrooms, and due to the humidity, the curtains were mouldy. The housing unit on the fridge was broken and we had a broken plug in the sink, which took three attempts to rectify. There were several loose tiles around the pool which are extremely dangerous and the steps into the pool can be quite misleading. My biggest complaint, however, was being constantly pestered by the staff for payment of food and beverages. Would I go back again, maybe, although Kuta became unenjoyable as you are constantly pestered by taxi and scooter firms touting for business. Overall, aside from being pestered for payment, the staff were definitely 5 star.

We had a brilliant time at The Stones hotel. It was very clean and the rooms were fantastic, very spacious and had lots of great facilities. The staff were all very polite and couldn’t do enough for you. Particularly Denny and Adi at the pool bar, they were very kind and helpful and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and inform us about the hotel and the local area. An absolute credit to the team! Would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Bali and staying in Kuta.

Highly recommend this fantastic hotel. Perfect family hotel with great staff, good food, amazing hospitality. Special thanks to Koku at front desk for organising hot food for us at a short notice for 5am next morning. The Indian Chef at their restaurant is an absolute gem. Will make this as our preferred hotel for every visit 🙏

The Stones Legian is by far the most exquisite stay we had ever had! It had surpassed all of our expectations and here are my honest review. We are family of 4 (with 2 kids) and had just came back from Stones 3 days ago. I couldn't be more excited to write this review. First and foremost everyone in Bali are so welcoming, friendly and amiable especially the staffs from Stones. They are all smiles and ready to assist you in every way they could. Special shoutout to Wahyu, whom we met during breakfast, Degus who made excellent special coffee (he can even remember the kind of coffee we love) and Abi the pool guy. They will go above and beyond to ensure that everyone had a memorable unforgettable stay! Please convey a big thank you to all of them. Breakfast spread was over the notch! We couldn't have asked for more! Location, is just right for us, near super markets and walking distance to heart of Kuta. Huge pools where u can enjoy the sun with nice music while 1 of the staff will "row" their boat to give us popsicle at 12pm and fruit stick at 5pm. My lists of goodness and appreciation can go on & on...................... We love our stay and would recommend everyone who's going and we cannot wait to be back for sure!…
