This is a great little place. It's not perfect but we loved it. Just like Bali in the eighties. Friendly, quiet and everything you need. Great food and the staff are wonderful. Very peaceful. Lovely gardens and a nice pool. We stayed five days in the garden view room. Next time we'll stay ten!

Stayed here for eight days at the start of March. Its hard to book you need to get the email addy and take it from there. Sari Beach is unassumingly placed between Melasti and Puri Raja we have stayed at both of these hotels in the past. I understand that Sari Beach is currently up for sale so sadly I...

Great position beachfront. The resort is very old but you really can't complain at usd70 a night for a deluxe room which includes breakfast. The staff were very nice and attentive and the rooms were clean, food average, management really need to organise their bar stock as you can't get really any cocktails which is essential when your lazing around the...

It is hard to find fault with this place. The location was superb and the service was great. I read some people said it was basic but I don't know what they want. The rooms were cleaned daily, fresh linen daily, best banana crepes in Bali (they call them pancakes but they are crepes) great masseur called Norman (lovely lady)....

We have eaten and had drinks here many times but not stayed. However it seems to be a forgotten small gem with a wonderful garden and absolutely delightful staff who have been there for years. More like Bali of the past I think. It is changed hands recently but the new owner must 'hate a quid' as my husband puts...

Spent 3 weeks here and loved every minute of it. Small hotel with only 20 rooms. Yes they are old and need a little overhaul but they are clean and comfortable. The basic rooms are that basic. What you pay is what you get. The garden villas are cute, no seperate shower so if elderly getting in the bath up...

Originally booked for 5 nights but stayed for 12 due to the ash cloud closing the airport, and loved every minute of our stay here. Its the only traditional style accommodation left on the beach front in this area and its absolutely beautiful, the gardens and pool area are very nice and secluded you are so close to everything but it...

Have stayed here at least 8 times. Sari needs updating, as rooms are tired but it's like coming home for us. Staff are long-serving, amiable and helpful and it has a great location, with lovely gardens and pool and right on the beach. Breakfasts are ok but a bit boring, meals in the restaurant are quite nice and good value....

If you want luxury and efficiency don't stay here! We are planning our 8th stay this year. The staff are old friends, answer all our silly questions about their lives and make us laugh endlessly. The location is fantastic, some perfect banks out front if you surf. Sari Beach has MANY eccentricities. If you want more spend more or go...

We have looked at the Sari over the years and always thought it looked cute as an option rather than the bigger hotel we usually stayed at. Finally decided to give it a go and it was great!! Our first room was lovely but we decided to pay an extra $15 to upgrade to the deluxe room which had an...
