The Jayakarta is in an excellent spot but unfortuanately is very tired and in need of a reno job. Breakfast was average and rooms were disappointing. Staff were wonderful though as was the pool bar. A little over priced for what you got

Delightful friendly staff who were very accomodating, very clean airconditioned rooms and grounds and pools were immaculate. Handy location, reasonable room rates with breakfasts included. We will be back some day

Recently stayed here for 2 weeks and the first thing you will notice is the lovely gardens and grounds of the hotel. I stayed in this hotel 10 years ago and nothing has changed at all except the hotel definitely needs a facelift. The rooms are basic but comfortable, make sure you ask for rooms close to the pool otherwise...

Start on a positive - Great Grounds, Friendly Staff, Wonderful Position Beachfront. Now for Negatives - The resort needs to be either demolished or FULLY renovated. The bathroom was slimy with black mold growth in the shower/bath of which was leaking on the floor, the sheets were a wonderful shade of grey. ALL said....Many people I spoke to said the...

Not worth the cost. Lot of negatives about the resort, mostly revolving around the resort pools. Pools close at 6pm daily, and the entire pool area was closed for 3 afternoons during our stay due to management function. Resort looks beautiful and in a great location though. Our rooms were good quality and relatively fresh. If management took a little...

Stayed for 3 nights in this hotel and was fully satisfied with the quality of staff and clean rooms. The pool facing room had excellent view of the sea/beach as well. 20 meters from the beach and also walk-able distance to the market. Breakfast, though the spread was less, was good enough. Overall a pleasant stay. highly recommend. Value for...

As a family with a 12 month old child we arrived at 7pm to be told our room was not ready, not a good start. We had a 1 bedroom apartment for the first 4 nights the fold out sofa bed was atrocious, sacks of coal would have been more comfortable, we spent the next 10 days in a 2...

After reading such negative reviews I wasn't sure about booking here but someone who had been before told me it was a great place to stay. I initially booked a delux room for 4 nights and walking in smelt mouldy and the bathroom had a lot of mould so changed to a pool view room which was better but VERY...

We booked a 1 bedroom apartment at Jayakarta Legion. On arrival at main reception, staff directed us to a smaller reception in another building on the other side of the hotel. From there we were taken to another building 'club bali' to our room, no explanation given. The next day we went to the reception in our building to ask...
