Stayed in a new alam room and our kids were upgraded from a family room to the new family room near ours. Cannot fault the rooms, they were great. Staff were fantastic, always smiling and friendly greeting. Breakfast buffet was adequate, the usual variety you get at hotels. Pools were great. Opposite the beach was a bonus and not too...

Beautiful resort. Few Steps to beach / Just need to cross the street. We booked the Alam Villa Pool Access. Room was amazing. Only few steps to Garden Pool. Got an early check-in, was so kind enough. Breakfast in Kelapa restaurant was great gave a small sea view. Had dinner twice. The price was very reasonable and Indonesian food was...

We spent 5 nights, arrived and checked in without any fuss. The staff were very attentive. The room was exactly what I saw online and paid for. It was clean and served the purpose of our trip with 3 kids under 10. They arranged the 3rd kids bed in the middle which was great and no extra cost! The food...

What a great location, across the road to the beach, kuta to the left and legian to the right. Beautiful attentive staff, lovely clean and nicely decorated rooms, very relaxing pool areas and tasty food. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Have stayed here many times and really enjoyed it. This trip under new management. Room serviced by different staff so standard varied. One day came home to find the patio room was not locked (ground floor) Back pool closed at about 6.00PM too early. Restaurant at front now taken over by resort. Food average and service terrible. Street food by...

Great central location right on beach at Legian. We upgraded on arrival to villa which was well worth the extra cost. All very clean, lovely friendly staff, nice pool with bar with a smaller pools at rear of hotel. Would recommend and will stay again.

We just finished our stay and we had a very great experience here. Perfect location, close to many shops and restaurants. The service from the staff was fantastic. Our room which was the Alam Lanai was perfect. Definitely recommend it!

This property is situated between The Stones Hotel & the Pullman on Jalan Pantai, Kuta. A beautiful, friendly and clean resort that can boast as having some of the best service you can find anywhere in Bali. Papa Limencello's Restaurant at the front of the Resort has some of the best food we have had and also at a really...

Lovely hotel with a great Bali feel. We prefer the Balinese style hotel to the more Western style. This hotel was right on the beach with close access to everything. Just a short walk and you are with in the shopping, beach, restaurants. The hotel room we had was one of the Lanai suites which was right near the second...

Some of the reviews below are very critical about certain rooms. I cautioned and made a reservation for only two nights, before extending it to my entire stay. It's very simple: you get what you pay for. There is an older building where rooms are clean, but well, a bit old (Alam room). Some of these apparently even without much...
