We really had such a beautiful babymoon stay at this Hotel. The entire hotel staffs are very helpful amd friendly. The room where we stayed (Garden Club Chalet) was so clean, beautiful & newly decorated. Swimming Pools and other public facilities are also very clean. The most special thing is the Club Lounge, everybody was so warm and friendly. They do have so many choices of canapes during the cocktail hours, and they all really tasty. Special thanks to Sumei, Bamia, Dana, & Karna who gave us a beautiful time during our stay. We also impressed with Mr. Putu who helped us a lot at the Lobby with such a positive vibes. Two thumbs up for this hotel 👍👍

We just finished our stay at Padma Legian and we absolutely enjoyed our 4nights there. We came from The Mulia in Nusa Dua which was outstanding and not from this world so we first didn’t know what to expect from the Padma, but when we arrived we felt immediately welcomed with their friendly staff! Everyone was so friendly and helpful, from the moment we arrived with a fresh flower and welcome drink, and during our stay - our son got sick so we had to call the in house doctor the other night - he came straight to our room and checked our boy to make sure he get well soon! The Breakfast is in my opinion not worth a 5 star, more like a 4 star out of 5. it’s good - but I’ve seen way better breakfasts in Bali ! The Staff again is super friendly and the quality of food was ok. We arrived at Padma in Legian on Nov 30 and stayed until Dec 04, the Hotel was around 70-80% full (I asked the staff) and i found it - compared to other Hotels we stayed - very crowded on the Hotel Property! The Location itself is great, you just walk out of the Hotel and there you are - in the middle of a busy street where you can get whatever you need or want! Good Food, Clothes, Bags, Massages, etc. It’s also a pretty decent nice walk on the beach to the beachwalk shopping mall! The Room we stayed in was ok. We booked a family room so it got two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Compared to the other Padma Hotel in Ubud I would say the Rooms in Legian are outdated and need a renovation. The Floor makes sounds when you walk and the shower door didn’t close properly ! You get daily water in the Room (which is included in your room rate) as much as you actually wish for, which was nice 👍 The Pools are the Legian are nice and clean, I found it very nice that at the kids pools at every slide is a staff to watch the kids. We actually spent most of our time at the Lagoon Pool, which was nice to swim. The visited the Gym several times and really enjoyed my time there. Overall we enjoyed our time and want to say thank you to the beautiful and friendly staff at Padma. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed our vacation at Padma Legian!…

We have just finished our first stay at Padma Legian in a Garden Club Chalet and were extremely pleased with our stay. The staff set it apart from many others. Warm smiles and greetings from everyone, every day as you pass by from housekeeping to maintenance, reception and restaurants. The grounds and landscaping are beautiful, there is a good variety of restaurants both within the resort and nearby walking distance, plus having access to 3 different swimming pools made for an enjoyable stay. Breakfast each morning was in the Club Lounge from 6.30 - 10.30am. There is an a la carte menu plus buffet, and you can also avail yourself of the more extensive buffet in the adjoining Donbui restaurant. Great way to start your day. It was also enjoyable to visit the lounge throughout the day for a fresh squeezed fruit juice or coffee and snack (savoury and sweet). Evening cocktails (plus local beer and wine) in the Lounge provided an ideal opportunity to meet other guests while enjoying a changing variety of both hot and cold canapes from 5 - 7pm. Our thanks to the entire Club Lounge team, led by Sumei, but especially Edi, Aditya, and Sarah We typically enjoyed our days at the infinity pool overlooking the beach, and on 2 occasions enjoyed a high quality pizza there for lunch. We didn't join in any of the themed buffet dinners, but we appreciated the variety offered, with outdoor dining on the lawn available on BBQ nights. The Deli offers a good variety of quality food, with prompt friendly service. We would also recommend the Izakaya menu (currently available on Saturday nights) at Tenkai Japanese. Steam room and sauna are located inside the fitness centre. All facilities are well maintained with a high level of cleanliness. It was also nice to be able to relax in the Departure Lounge on the afternoon of our departure, and avail ourselves of a shower and change of clothes before our late night airport transfer. Well done Padma. We wouldn't stay anywhere else in Legian. …

From the moment my wife and I touched down at the airport, picked up by the prearranged Padma transport, to when we were transported back to the airport at the end of our trip, our entire experience at the Padma was nothing short of exceptional. All of the staff, every individual, were so welcoming, accommodating, nothing was too much. The way they worked as a team is something their management should be proud of. The grounds, facilities, our room, food, and beverages were second to none. We would like to highlight Dana and his team at the Garden Club for the efficient check-in and check out process, as well as their service during daily cocktail hour. Thank you to Alit, Wyan, and Yuda Bar from the infinity pool bar for your hospitality, conversation, and mad bottle throwing skills. Customer Relations, especially Bagus, Fira, and Istri, who took such amazing care of my wife and the beautiful flowers she received. Another huge thank you to our room attendant's especially Putu Agus, who made her smile with the animal towel arrangement and your beautiful note. You are all very compassionate. Whilst my wife has been to Bali before, it was my first time. However, due specifically to how we were welcomed and our experience at the Padma, we are already planning our next trip in 2024. We are return visitors to Padma. We had a great time. We loved the main pool where we swam laps in the morning and enjoyed pool games including swimming race. Our great friends Ari and Bagus took great care of us again. Rusty took great care of us for drinks around the pool. The beach was great for body surfing. We are very lucky to stay at such a great hotel.

We have just spent 5 nights at the Padma Legian staying in the Presidential Suite. Wow! The Suite was luxurious and accommodated our family of 5. Children all adults now. The most amazing thing about the suite was the Butler Service. Ari, Budi, Wawan and Tika were professional but friendly and catered for our every need. Thank you. The private pool was an oasis to sit and relax by. The Suite was clean and the surrounding garden’s beautiful and well maintained. It was always a delight to walk back into the cool of the Suite after being out and about. The Club Lounge was lovely but a shame in a temporary position due to renovations on the new one. The service here was also excellent and staff friendly and attentive.

It was our first visit to Padma recommendation from a few friends . Could not fault our stay . Everything was great From front desk , housekeeping and breakfast staff in the restaurant area and pool and bar staff ,pool cleaners.
