I understand your concerns, unfortunately however weather forecast nowadays are not always correct. As almost all of our restaurants and bars are open-air, checking weather daily is of our great interest and yet we do not always get the right forecast.
Generally, year after year, May is not the rainy seasons in Bali (rainy seasons are from end of Oct - end of March). We may have occasion rain, shower rain and typically if there is, rain in Bali will last about an hour or so.

When you arrive early, there are two scenarios:
1. Your room is ready and you can straight check in and enjoy your holiday. Even though our check in time is 3pm, guest can check in anytime when the room is ready.
2. Your room is not ready :
- Luggage can be stored at our Luggage Room
- Our staff will give you a temporary ID so that you can get pool towels and swim and enjoy the resort facilities

The VIP Programs (The World of Privilege) works as that you will receive your first VIP Card (Bronze) on your third stay regardless length of stay each time (as long as your return stay was not part of a round trip, that you stay in Legian Beach Hotel, then move to other place for a few nights and come back, in this case your stay is considered as 1 (one))
Your Bronze VIP Card will gets higher to Silver, Gold and finally Diamond. The higher your card level is, the more privilege you are entitled to.
In order to give you a correct and full information, would appreciate if you could email me at generalmanager@legianbeachbali com so that I can also check your stay record correctly.
