This hotel is one of the best around Legian with good walking distance to all shops and bars, staff are very polite and welcome you every morning, evening and late at night always cheerful. Great for kids as there is no main road at front of hotel with busy travel and so peaceful and quiet, beach is a stones throw across a non traffic road, so if its a relaxing holiday this is the place. You can walk out the side of the hotel straight into the main bars and restuarants or dine in the hotel. They have vilas for rent which makes you feel as if you are holidaying in your own private vlla with the hotel staff making the beds and freshing it up for you.

Legian Beach Hotel is truly an idyllic and relaxing Hotel, the bustle of the streets that encompass it are filled with shops restaurants and markets however the minute we return onto the property we are immediately back in a secured relaxed environment, we had a wonderful Christmas Season 2019/2020 holiday at Legian Beach Hotel. This Hotel continues to nurture a true sense of Bali and embody the reasons we love Bali. This year we thoroughly enjoyed the serenity and a sense of a somewhat peaceful isolation of staying in a Bungalow that we accessed by walking through beautifully maintained tranquil gardens filled with many fertile lush shady established varieties of plants trees and many fish ponds (with Koi fish and squirrel feeding times which was a joy to our 8year old daughter) , I particularly enjoyed the endless and multiple varieties of Frangipanis that lined the paths and gardens, these trees provide such a lovely fragrance to the air as we walked throughout the grounds. Hotel Staff were delightfully friendly and our room service attendants very professional , thoughtful considerate and thorough. The quiet safe road and access to the beach direct from the Hotel was extremely comforting, as our son surfed every day and he did not have to cross busy streets as the front road is closed to cars, there are many other positive things I could comment on, however for me the most important factor is that I felt like I was on a real tropical Holiday, Im so pleased Legian Beach Hotel preserves such a beautiful location and holiday destination, I have been travelling to Bali every year since 1986, although I understand to accommodate Bali's growing tourist industry more boutique style hotels are replacing the garden style hotels Im pleased and relieved that Legian Beach Hotel remains and continues to embody a true paradise island accommodation option.

Absolutely loved our stay at the Legian Beach Hotel! We had a garden view room on level two and it was lovely and spacious with a glass panelled balcony. All mod cons plus really comfy bed and pillows. The grounds are gorgeous with lots of greenery and well maintained. Staff are super friendly and happy, beautiful Balinese. There are four restaurants and two pools. One just for adults, which is nice if there are noisy kids around. 😂 Small gym if you need to workout and lovely day spa. The hotel is positioned well, near lots of restaurants, market stalls and the beach. The only small complaints- Prices are very high at the pool bar - $6.50 for a Bintang including tax. Cocktails end up being about $15 with tax. Second complaint is the Indonesian food at the breakfast buffet didn’t change. We wanted to have Indo every morning but it was always the same foods. Every other place we stayed they alternate. Main pool is looking a bit tired too, considering the price to stay here. Housekeeping sometimes not done till afternoon which is a bit of a hassle if you’ve been out all day and want to chill, then have to go out so they can clean. Highly recommend a stay here!👍

If you’re looking for a genuine Balinese experience in the the best location in Legian, look no further than the Legian Beach Hotel. The staff are friendly and welcoming and go out of their way to ensure all your needs are met and that your stay at the Legian Beach Hotel is memorable. The beautiful beachfront resort offers a variety of accommodation styles from guest rooms to deluxe garden and beach bungalows and deluxe pool and garden villas set amongst beautiful tropical gardens and manicured lawns.There are 5 wonderful restaurants, 4 bars and a swim up pool bar offering a great choice of cuisine. All very delicious and first class. Fabulous Balinese dance dinner shows are held each week and candlelit dinners can be arranged for a more intimate experience. The Usadha Spa offers totally relaxing massages that make you feel like you’re floating on air when you leave. It’s a truly magical experience that you won’t want to miss. We have been staying at the Legian Beach Hotel for many, many years from when our children were young to now when they are adults with families of their own. It is our ‘home away from home’ and why we return there year after year.

We stayed in a Garden Bungalow. The room was large with a king size bed. The front room had a sun bed. The shower and bathroom was huge. Out the front was two outdoor chairs and a side table. The staff in this hotel are amazing. They are extremely helpful and are always smiling. From the daily breakfast buffet to the staff in the swim up pool bar. So to the location. Garlic lane is just behind it. It has great eating and plenty of shopping. You could just stay in this area to enjoy the Bali experience if you enjoy the beach and shopping. If the hotel are looking for feedback I would suggest a few things. - When people are staying for an afternoon flight but they checkout you could improve the experience by having a key (for a refundable fee say 50000rp) that would gain access to the bathrooms without staff assistance. - A sofa in the Garden Bungalow so that (there is plenty of room for it) you are not left sitting on a wooden chair or the bed. The above certainly didn't ruin the experience they are just suggestions. We were disappointed in the fact that we paid extra for the Garden Bungalow only to hear multiple people in the pool talking about getting upgraded from the rooms to bungalows for free. Considering this was a celebration for us we had hoped for an upgrade but it was not offered and I did enquire at the front desk about it only to be told it was an extra $150 to $180 US a night. All in we consider this location the best in Legian with a hotel that provides an authentic experience. Until you enter the street you wouldn't even know there was z heap of shopping and places to eat.

Friendly staff, very good location but the price for the room in the main building and for breakfast is not justified in my opinion. The rooms are clean but the furniture is already very used. The bathroom was very generous and probably renewed not too long ago. Coffee pre-brewed for breakfast from the thermos - freshly brewed coffee from the machine costs extra!

After a long time, I was able to realize my dream of visiting Bali and while there, we stayed at the Legian Beach Hotel. Right from the entrance, we were bowled over by the sheer beautiful layout and the very picturesque surroundings of the hotel. The hotel scores extremely high in aesthetic appeal, the awesome rooms, proximity to the beach, the impeccable and highly courteous service given by the staff and the food options along with the various facilities. We were immensely pleased with the amount of greenery inside the hotel and the staff treated everyone like royalty. The bonus was the presence of two swimming pools and two jacuzzis, and the beach front bar transported us to a different world altogether. All in all, I highly recommend the Legian Beach Hotel to everyone visiting Bali and planning to stay in the Kuta region for a truly blissful and heavenly experience.

The timing of our trip and wedding plan couldnt have been worse with COVID19. However I must say that Legian Beach Hotel were great, very flexible given we had to bring forward our downsized wedding so we could leave the country. They ensured they made our day a special one. Dilla is amazing who is up there with the best of them when it comes to planning a wedding and flexible to boot. We have found our goto place in Bali. This resort is in a great location, great facilities and the staff were very very thoughtful and attentive to our needs. The pool villa is amazing and we will certainly come back when we can. This was our fourth time staying at this hotel, something that has never been recognised even with a loyalty program clearly advertised in the hotel. It is currently under renovation, again something the hotel never informed us even when booking and paying six months prior (there policy no payment at check in). Breakfast was not included even though we had booked that originally , the check in clerk found this amusing also laughing to his colleague and talking in Balinese to her, he then promised an upgrade to compensate, which was false as we had already paid and booked this ourself. When pointed out, he backtracked blushed and mumbled, terrible service. You need to walk through a building site to get to the main street, you'll also be woken 7am when the tradesmen start work, so keep that in mind. I'd recommend you stay anywhere else, qe won't be back.

In regards to the Loyalty program, our loyalty program was valid for every booking with minimum of 7 nights stay in each booking in consecutive 2 years of visit in one booking name you will entitled the loyalty benefits. We're sure if you make direct booking, our reservation will give you the information needed i.e breakfast included or not as well as our hotel condition in regards to the renovation issues. This was our first time staying in Legian, after staying in Seminyak last year. We really enjoyed this hotel and the service was very good, everyone was very welcoming. We stayed in a standard room which was comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. The buffet breakfast at the Legian Beach Hotel is excellent and caters for everyone. You can eat in the main breakfast area or pop upstairs to the waffle bar and enjoy the view or go to the ground floor and eat outside. The family pool is great for families while the adult pool is not huge it does have a swim up bar. The kids can even feed the fish near reception or the squirrels which run around the place. It is in a great spot across the road from all the beach action and close to all the traders in Garlic Street. Only small negative was the gym was super small, really only good for 2 or 3 people at once. Great restaurants nearby like Fat Bowl, Mamma Maurici or Lemongrass or head to Y Bar for a beer and some sport. 24 Hr security at the beach and side entrances. Very enjoyable stay.
