Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Room are spacious, clean and well equipped. Breakfast is excellent, even I think it’s too much compared to what we pay. Location is strategic just few minutes walk from Legian street and 10 min from Kuta beach. There are a lot of shops, cafe and restaurants that you can visit.

Really thoroughly enjoyed our time here, what a lovely wonderful place to stay. From the moment we turned up in the early hours of the morning nothing was a problem for the great staff and owner. The room was nice and clean and the view down to the pool fantastic. The food at the restaurant at the front of the establishment was really great, the overall ambience of the place really was refreshing and relaxing and we would return again.

Stumbled across this little gem. The food was very tasty and lovely. The staff, as always in Bali, were lovely. The prices were reasonable. Set off the main road down a little side street. Will definitely return - as long as they re stock on radlers lol

We stopped in for drinks and shisha on our way home and were blown away by the great service. Nasi goreng & club sandwich was delicious. Will definitely be coming back just for pina coladas & Long Island iced tea. Yoga & Juli gave us the best service in Bali!!

Been here a couple of times but have noticed the cleanliness of the Cabana rooms arent up to scratch and each visit have noticed it going down hill. Also had early morning flight went to check out all staff asleep on chairs then asked for them to ring for taxi was asked if we wanted a airport transfer through the hotel but we said no all of a sudden the phones weren't working ,stood our ground and said just ring for a taxi and low and behold the phone was working talk about dodgy, also said we had a out standing bill which we found hard to believe as we ALWAYS PAY AS WE ORDER ON THE SPOT,anyway after sll the drama and saying the bill was 60,000rp just paid and left.Wont ever stay there again.BE AWARE.SO DISSAPPOINTED.

Stayed in a bungalow. Staff ok. Old but well looked after. A bit noisy at night. The pool area is not very big for the amount of guests but still ok. We would stay here again as very central to everything.

I loved my stay there for 7 nights. The Manager, Wayan, was an excellent host. The room was of a great size and the air conditioning was excellent. The only problem was my room was near a laneway so bipping of the motor bikes in the morning was my alarm clock at 6.30am which wasn't suitable. Wayan offered to move my room to a Cabana room (upgraded at no extra cost) but unfortunately none were available which he didn't know at the time but that is certainly fantastic customer service with regards to pleasing the customer. I persevered staying in my room and because the Hotel is so close to everything, I had a very pleasurable stay. They may need to extend their choices on their menu but due to so many cheap restaurants nearby, that was no problem. I would highly recommend Mina Pelasa to anyone who wants to enjoy a greatly priced room near the beach and for shopping in Legian Street and Melasti Street. There are many little Balinese shops nearby to purchase what you need plus a laundry across the road and an Alfamart down the end of the street when you turn right out the front of Mina Pelasa. If you stay at Mina Pelasa, you won't regret it as worth the money and the staff are very friendly and obliging.

Firstly would like to say thank you very much to Diwa, she so professional and help answer all my questions. I guess this hotel pretty standard for Legian, two blocks of rooms facing one another over pool. I have to say the pool area is very nice. The staff are all so nice. Prob one of the best you are going to get in Legian for the money.

I really enjoyed my stay here. Staff are so friendly. The rooms are very nice, stylish, each with their own spacious balcony with pool views. The bathroom showers are so nice. Beds are comfortable. Overall great value for your money. The only thing I would improve on are the breakfast options. The Indonesian breakfast is great. The American is pretty bad. Wifi speed is hit or miss, not ideal for business. But there are plenty of cafes around with fast wifi.
