Stayed here in the family room with my two daughters 10&12. The room smelled smokey when we first entered which didn’t last as i aired it out.
Room was a little rundown and needs some attention, beds were fine and view of pool was fine. We had trouble with the tv and air con which the staff did fix. Room cleaning was only done when requested not daily. 2/3 pools were usable and quite good the kids liked the swimming although 6pm close is early i would think 9pm would be better. Didn’t eat in the restaurant so cant judge that.
It was affordable for a 3 bedroom apartment so not complaints there. The power points were a bit dodgy mainly due to the connection
I would probably stay again, the staff were very friendly and helpful

We booked the three-bedroom suite at a fantastic price. Didn't try the food here so can't comment on that. While the exterior and hotel lobby looked great, the suite was a disappointment: the bathroom mirrors were tarnished, there were stains on the bedsheets and towels, the Wi-Fi was patchy. But things did work: doors could be locked, the ACs did their job, the showers and WCs worked well. The TV in the living area worked fine but the one in the master bedroom refused to switch on. There were other guests but we never heard them nor any traffic from the nearby main road. We had good sleep. We didn't spend much time in the room so we didn't report any of these to the staff. The staff were friendly and helpful.

It can be hard to find a 2 bedroom hotel at the right price. This place was quite good value as we need a 2 bedroom for the 3 of us. There was 3 aircons in our appartment and 2 tv's. The breakfast was not for the aussies. There was a lot of musillims in this hotel and they liked to smoke in the lifts and treat the girls around the pool like they were in the wrong for being there. The towels are ripped and looked like rags. The room service food is realy nice and at a ok price. If you want there is a maccas over the road. The rooms need a good dusting. Dont stir up the couches as the dust will get everywhere. We booked 12 days there thru travel zoo. We got a deal where we had a seperate booking number for each day. This was a pain for the staff and every day they put a note on the door saying ( you have to be out by 12 tomorrow). This was a pain so after a few days of talking to the staff and still getting the notes on the door each day we then decided to send the daily notice back down on the floor of the elevator. We had breakfast included for the 3 of us and when we booked in the staff told us they only do the breakfast tickets one week at a time and after the week said they gave them to us.This didnt make sense as breaky was included and we were still there but no food for us.

We arrived at the hotel and were greeted by 2 male staff who hardly spoke any English, tried to hold onto our passports and demanded a 300r room deposit. After several discussions, we were shown 2 different available apartments, neither looked clean or anywhere near acceptable but given how tired we both were we eventually settled on one.

My Birthday Cake and Pillow request had been totally ignored and I had to request two pillows from reception, one stain covered pillow arrived.

The apartment was filthy, disgusting, sheets had stains, towels were grey and had dirty marks, kitchen had mould, bathroom was repulsive, Air con was very noisy and we both became nauseous.
At this stage instead of resting we decided that we would check out the following morning and we started to search for an alternative hotel, which we found and got extremely lucky.
With our bags packed we came down for a quick tea and coffee and possibly breakfast. The breakfast area was completely empty of any guests, the room was dark, repulsive with an abhorrent stench.

The Tea and Coffee had not been switched on so was served to us cold, there was no European Buffet or English Breakfast which I had paid a premium for $140.00, Just left over-
• Fee for English breakfast: approximately IDR 100000 per person

-ASIAN food which looked detestable. We were offered some white bread toast and some fruit which we did not see available within the breakfast area. The waiter also offered to make us some fresh tea and coffee as he could see our frustration and I think he was embarrassed by the state of the entire service.

Just as we were leaving the apartment to check out, I had a quick look out of the window at an empty pool that was grim and loathsome, it looked like something from a “Chernobyl” documentary.
As we checked out, the receptionist was clueless, she contacted the Manager who did not appear, our request for a part or full refund was ignored completely and at this stage we both were “over it” and just wanted to hopefully re-start our break.

This place maybe cheap but is seriously crap in all areas, we made the mistake of budgeting in Bali, if you can't afford anything else, work another few weeks and go somewhere decent. NOT this place

I booked this place because of the positive comments and the photos online. This place is far from being 4 star, I would rate this no more than a 2.5 star. The room was dated with old furniture, bathroom is tiny with only a shower and a horribly stained shower curtain. Only 2 worn bath towels. Bed was lower quality category but acceptable. For some reason they used green tiles to build the pool so that green water was not inviting. But the breakfast buffet was the biggest disappointment. Mostly local fare and some croissants. Omelet was so-so and the "bacon" looked and tasted disgusting. The restaurant was unbearably hot and is not air conditioned. If you go to Bali on a budget and don't need luxury, this might be for you. But if you're looking for a 4 star, this is definitely not the one.

We booked this hotel after checking out its website and when we got there, the condition of this hotel is way off.

Hotel entrance is not accessible direct from the main road while the sidewalk towards its entrance is not well lit. There are no visible lighting outside the hotel building to show its presence at night.

Room is very run down. - We checked in at 8.30pm and the room is not ready.
1. Patches of alkaline leaks are visible on cream coloured walls.
2. Floor tiles are dirty - the short walk from entrance to bathroom gives me a black dusty patch on the bottom of my feet. Called housekeeping for assistance, two staff came in with a floor duster and a dirty mop. They "cleaned" the floor and went out.. no help.
3. Air-condition in the living area went dead after 2-3 hours.
4. Trash under the sink are not taken out for more than 3 days
5. Bird droppings on the balcony floor are left there for 2 days before its cleaned up.
6. Day curtains in the living room and master bedroom are ripped open.
7. Premises are not well lit after dark.
8. Fabric Sofa is very dirty
9. Furniture hinges need fixing
10. The Freezer is badly stained by previous occupants/ travelers with a big patch of probably leaked beverages, hardened.
11. Water from the shower is really bad, its a challenge washing out shampoo and conditioner.
12. Sinks and fittings are cloudy.
12. Land transport arranged by the hotel - Driver was drunk!

I was living there at 14-17 June 2013 room no. 1208. There are very terrible hotel, i never see in my life. Room is not clean, floor very sticky, bath room augry, counter check in and out have only one staff. I was take 30 min for check in-out (even no customer). Restaurant size is not match with the room number, i could not took a brekfast because no seat avialable and i was searching for some staff but no one take care me. Please know that they won't change a new towel for you even you throw it on the floor and they will keep a dirty towel back on hanger. Unbelieveable. For 400 000 IDR /night and you will be get everything as i said. Too worth. I worning you.

As 81/83 years old senior-backpackers, we walked every day from Grand Kuta to supermarkets, restaurants en the beach area. Otherwise, there is plenty of transport. Last but not least, the pools from the hotel are nice places to be for teenagers. Willem and Christina
