We are staying in the interconnecting room beside the pool with lush gardens. Our room is more than we expected. It's huge... 2 bedrooms, three bathrooms and a chill out lounge great for the kids. The infinity pool overlooks the beach and is on the third floor . Buffet breakfast selection caters for all . Staff are simply lovely and nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommend and across the road from the beach. Definitely will return.

What you give is what you get. Here at the Pullman Bali Legian Beach, warm hospitality is the pride and joy of all their staff. Amazing housekeeping team of Ardiana, Jepriadi, Ananta & Yoga who kept my room clean and spotless and Setia Darma & Suandi who were consistent with their daily evening turn down service. Arya from Guest Experience suggested for me to have some fresh coconut water when he noticed I was slightly under the weather. He promptly arranged to have it served to my room when I accepted his suggestion. Although the hotel was extremely busy with several groups, the team still made sure our event went on smoothly. Huge thanks to Anggita and Naren, who co-ordinated all arrangements from the get go. To the ever efficient Banquet team Wira, Putra, Lastra, Yoga for always being on hand to render support and Culinary team Wayan, Rudy, Yudi and Budi who fed us well with a well curated menu. A special mention, a true gem, Haity who exudes passion in hospitality taking time to talk to guests and suggesting items to try on the breakfast buffet, her recommendations are spot on! From the moment when we arrived, we knew that our stay at Pullman Bali Legian Beach would be special. Arrival experience was seamless and even better, we were assigned in one of the best suite with a picturesque sunset view of Kuta Beach - just like what you usually see in Bali's postcards. We arrived in the suite just in the sunset time and were lucky to have that astonishing view. The villa was beautifully decorated, as the team was aware that my wife and I were just married one month and a half before. We spent our most of our times there in the suite as it was really comfortable. We would hear the loud Kuta noise but it is expected from the location. However, the suite was very well-soundproofed and we had a good night sleep without any disturbance. One of the nicest little touch that we liked was the vanilla scent in the bathroom. We simply loved this smell. Breakfast was great, plenty to choose from. As a fan of Indian cuisine, I would definitely recommend the Indian selection for breakfast. Great authentic taste and shout out to the Chef. Pool was spacious and also has sea view, perfect place to relax and get sunkissed during the day. Last but not least, I would like to say thank you to Pak Arya Suastika and the Front Office team for the utmost professional service that they have provided throughout our stay. We had buffet dinner here on Friday night and it was wonderful. Our wait staff Sujaya was amazing and super helpful. He took a lot of trouble to make sure we were comfortable and also requested a song for us to dance and was very helpful. Very good service and food.

Assist & greet by Andinni from Guest Relation. She is very attentive and show his personalized service to us. The rooms are so spacious. Andinni create a special surprize in our room. I am amazed with their creativity to make the guest feel so special. The restaurant is very big and have a great ambiance. The foods are amazing. They have a lot of variety.
