My husband, two friends and I just spent 14 glorious nights at Rama Residence and were extremely happy. It started from the online booking through their website. It was easy and well set-up. Picked up from the airport by a lovely young man, with a beautiful smile. Check-in included a delicious drink and cold towel, which everybody knows is always welcoming. We were taken to our rooms and left to our perusal and unpacking without having somebody trying to show us how to turn on the tv, pointing out every little detail and expecting a tip. There was even a lovely plate of fresh fruit. The rooms were fresh, super clean and well laid out. The cleanliness was what got me. Even the inside of the kettle and toaster was spotless. My friend wasn't too happy with her view from her deluxe room and the small bathroom and made it known that she wasn't thrilled. They upgraded her to a 1 bedroom room a couple of days later, when there was an availability. She was beyond happy with that. I felt a bit put out and several days later again I was also upgraded, to a studio room. This room had a separate lounge area and a bigger bathroom. Every single staff member at the hotel was exceptional. They all have ready welcoming smiles and always welcomed us back each time we walked back into the hotel. It seemed that nothing was a bother. The breakfasts that we purchased were well priced, delicious, beautifully presented, tasty (proper bacon) and large portions. We did not walk away hungry that's for sure. We had a dinner in the restaurant too and that was also delicious, with typical pricing for a hotel restaurant, but worth it. There is entertainment in the restaurant on a night and these guys were really good. The pool, on the roof, was amazing and they even served a small free afternoon tea at about 3pm each day. It was something as simple as a little deep fried tofu and a piece of sweet potato or something along those lines, with Bali tea or coffee. It was a nice little addition. The location is spot on if you want to shop, eat, drink, relax on the beach or beside the pool, change money or be pampered with massages. I would like to say that a certain staff member stood out from the rest but in all honesty they were all excellent and seemed happy to chat and pleased to help in any way to make our stay more pleasant. Thank you for making our stay amazing and I definitely recommend Rama Residence.

Staying at the Rama Residence Padma we were met with beautiful smiles and great service. Our stay has been brilliant, Ahmad and Alit and all reception staff made sure that nothing was a problem and even helped us out when we lost the Key Cards to our hotel room. (Left them in the taxi). I recommend the 1 bedroom suite if you are a family of 2adults and 2 kids. The kids can sleep on a big sofa bed and parents on a comfy king size (seperate room) as the studio room might be a little to small for some. So we upgraded to the 1 bedroom studio at reception, the charge was very minimal per night so we didn’t think twice. Thank you all at the Rama Residence Padma. Ps coffee very good too.

No visit would be complete to Legian without a trip for a fine feast of delicious food at Asian Spice, a resteraunt attached to Rama residence, a place that serves magnificent food by attentive staff managed by Wayan Sikayasa. We thank host manager Richard Balderson for his recommendation and service. Asian spice serve some of the most delicious food we have tasted . We ate their every night with every serve pleasing to the pallet. Every meal served was deliciously divine, we could not fault any dish. The food is superb and amazing. Such a clean environment and ambient surrounds,we noticed even the serviettes smelled of fresh laundered linen. The prices are reasonable and well worth working ones way across the menu. One will not be disappointed upon visiting. Thankyou to the amazing staff and chef, well done for serving such amazing food .

As a member of Rama Residence I look forward to returning to Bali and the Rama residences Padma. The staff are very friendly and remember myself and my husband every time we return. We have had the pleasure of staying at Rama Residences Padma 5 times in 2 years. We booked a Studio and were upgraded to a suite which was amazing and so spacious. The suite has 2 toilets and a large bathroom. The bed is huge and comfortable and the sofa bed is also comfortable. It has cooking facilities and a water dispenser which was great. Room service is excellent, and overall the room is spacious and exceptionally clean. The property has a laundry area with washing and drying machines which I used twice, it’s there if you need it and it was nice to have the option. The roof top pool is beautiful with ocean views. Location is amazing, walking distance to the beach, bars, restaurants and local shops You feel like you are staying at an inner city apartment then you step outside and you are in the heart and culture of Bali. Would highly recommend Rama Residences Padma

From the moment we checked in with Bogard and him showing us to our upgraded room we were blown away by the attention to detail by all the staff. The room was kept spotless by Jordy who did a fantastic job and when i accidently broke a bottle of alcohol on the floor and called Housekeeping ( Hope name is correct ) Edi was practically knocking on the door as i was getting off the phone and straight away cleaned up my mess. A nice ouch was the cocktail on the rooftop as we watched great sunset where Richard (Manager) went out of his way to make you feel welcome and anytime after that during our stay would stop for a chat if he saw you. the Decor in the building was A1 with nice touches everywhere you look and the rooftop pool Superb. The bedding was the best i have had even the sofa bed was super comfy. With Asian Spice Restuarant downstairs and all the shops near by what more could you ask for. To all the Staff keep up the great work you all work well together will certainly see you next time we are in town Cheers

This was our second stay at Rama Residence and again it was fantastic. For us being in our 50's it has a lot to offer. I love the location being close to the beach and a lot of great restaurants, the breakfast is lovely being freshly cooked when you order and the roof top pool is a great place to relax. The staff really make Rama Residence special and Richard the host manager holds a free cocktail night every Monday so you can meet him, some of the staff and the other guests. It is such a great initiative as it really helps to make everyone feel like a family. I will definitely be back to Rama Residence again when I next make it back to Bali

Staying at the Rama Residence Padma our expectations were surpassed!
The staff extremely helpful and friendly and went above and beyond in every way. Any request was immediately actioned competently, and with a genuine smile. Antana at reception is totally professional and efficiently followed everything up with a smile
Rooms were spotless, well pointed, comfy beds and air-con was superb. The location of the resort was fantastic, beach, shopping, anything one may want.
Asian Spice restaurant adjoining the lobby is fantastic, well priced and the food awesome.
Richard Balderson, Manager, transformed a great stay into an amazing experience with his personal touch, going out of his way and his fine attention to detail. What a great asset to the hotel group he is!
Getting the free hotel courtesy bus to an unbelievable dining experience at Chef's Bistro, at the sister residence, is a gastronomic must - the food is sublime with Michelin rated chef Patrick adding that personal touch.

We just arrived home after 9 nights at Rama Residence. We were picked up by Ary from the Airport after a delayed flight and he was so happy and professional….the transfer was included which made the world of difference (we arrived at 12.30 am) We booked a studio room which was nice, it had a massive bed and a lounge/sitting room plus a small “Juliet” style balcony for fresh air. In the morning we walked down Jalan Padma and noticed they had rooms that over looked the street…on returning to the hotel we spoke to Bogart about the possibility of one of the front rooms….he informed us that a 1 Bedroom Suite was available and showed us the room and we negotiated an upgrade rate ….it was amazing and huge! With 2 balconies (we used on to store surf boards and on to sit on in the afternoon to enjoy a drink) the balcony’s can be shut off so the aircon goes in them or open the Louvers for the fresh air. Once again the bed was huge and comfy as were the pillows. The room had a huge bathroom with massive walk in shower and toilet and there was another toilet with Sink. Bathrobes and slippers were also included. The shower had large pump bottles of shower gel and shampoo, toothbrushes and toothpaste were also included as well as a razor and shaving cream Incase you forget yours. A game changer was definitely the Water Purifier in the room…it had hot/cold & chilled water…so we didnt have to buy water to stay hydrated. The breakfast was included and good…you could pick from the menu. It came with a fresh fruit and fresh juice of your choice. The roof top pool was lovely but not very deep (waist height) but it was nice to cool off and gently swim after a day down the beach. I used the laundry facilities too, washer and drier for $2.50. I would definitely recommend Rama, Bogart, Eka, Ary and all the staff were always happy, and helpful…a credit to the hotel. I can’t wait to go back and enjoy another stay. (We have stayed at many hotels in the Legian area 2-5* and this IMO was the best)

This hotel is in a perfect location right near restaurants, bars,massage parlours and 5 minute walk to the beach. The staff are all lovely, Ahmad at check in was great to deal with and made check in and out easy. He also said hello by name every time we saw him. Rooms are new and clean with everything you need. Breakfast was tasty,made fresh and served to the table which was a nice change from buffet style. The pool is small and on the roof so didnt have a heap of shade but was fine for a dip. Overall very happy with our stay!

Been there a couple of times and also booked again very hard to go past this hotel, as the staff are very helpful, friendly and treat you like family . The rooms are very secure and modern and cater for different applications from single to a family. The swimming pool is on the rooftop and you need your room card to get to the pool , Most rooms have a kitchenette which is great when you stay there for a while. The rooms are cleaned daily by great staff and when you ask them for something they go out of their way to help you. Every time we come and go throughout the day there is always a hello or enjoy your day with a smile. Asian Spice Restaurant is at the front of the Rama Residence which has a great selection of meals to cater for all different tastes, again the Rama Residence Padma is in a great place to stay and the location is close to the beach, shopping and other Restaurants.
