We were very happy with our stay at the Melasti. We requested a newly renovated room overlooking the big pool and received one.Pleased overall with our stay. Room was clean and air con worked well. Our balcony overlooked the pool and was a nice place to relax. Great service, good food by the pool and staff were very friendly. Breakfast...

This was our first trip to Bali and stayed here on a recommendation from my Wife's colleague. The rooms are clean and tidy but sadly in need of an update especially the Bathrooms. The amenities are quite good as is the Breakfast selection. Given that the room was only about $40 AU a night it was good value for money....

Good location but run down , needs refurbishment . Mould in some rooms , towels grey when meant to be white .. very disappointing . Shower head fell off wall softly after arrival , toilet blocked , air conditioner caused floor to be very wet.. Hair dryer cord wrapped in electrical tape , bedside table light cord was sparking when...

First offered room was dark and grotty and up the stairs and out the back, after a bit of bargaining and $140.00 extra we were given a better poolside room. We spoke to others who had the same experience.

This hotel is old disgusting l would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It reminds me of a back packers hotel. It is dirty smell and moulded. The towels are grey not white. The desk staff are rude and uninviting l know it is a bit cheap but there are a lot better and nicer hotels that are cheaper and...

Definitely the place to stay, good location, great grounds gardens and pools. Breakfast is pretty ordinary but ok. Make sure you book a suite , way to go, have inter connecting rooms lots of room and space to burn. Staff are ultra friendly and. Nothing too much trouble, checked rooms on arrival looked ,asked for upgrade no problem. We will be back!

Quiet and comfortable. Not luxurious and a little run down but hassle free. The pools are terrific and the beach is simply a walk through the resort. The included breakfast buffet is plentiful in both choice and quantity. The eggs cooked to order win for me.

I only spent one night here and thank god for that. We stayed in one of the pool view rooms at the front near reception. The room smelt musty or mouldy, I didn't get much sleep as all I could hear was the air cons from the rooms behind us. The bed was in the stairwell and my husband had...

Melasti was a surprise from the start. Its located right on Legian Beach (which is the forgotten stretch sandwiched between Kuta and Seminyak). It had 2 large pools and 2 swim up bars. It is located in a good shopping area and plenty of cafes and restaurants. Breakfast was basic but all we needed. Staff were great and helpful. Pricing...
