We stayed at the Balu Nyuh Gading villas for 12 nights and the staff and management made us feel very special. The staff is so accommodating and friendly. During our first days we received the breakfast in our room and even once a floating breakfast in the pool. The rooms are very spacious and get cleaned every day (they always ask before you leave the villa, if the villa can be cleaned). We loved every single moment there. We will for sure be back the next time when in Bali.

My husband and I went here for our honeymoon on April 2013. I bought a package to this place via Groupon. I love the private pool! Bathroom is outside. No mosquitoes. Friendly staff. Good service. Villa is quite big and comfortable. I would love to stay here again!

The bedroom of the villa is very big and with a very very quiet air conditioner. Private private swimming pool is right in front. You have to ask them to vacuum clean each second day. The bathroom is outside, what might be unusual for most of the people but you get used to it. No Mosquitos. Breakfast is served in your Villa each morning at your wish.
No own restaurant for the rest of the day but there is a delivery service from all kinds of restaurant .
Personal is very friendly and helps you in all.

A great team with great care! And a very good welcome.
However the villas are aging.
Wall sections along the small decrepit pools and an open kitchen to modernize.
The bathroom with its large shower is fine.
The garden and pool are lovely.
Attention you are 45’ from Seminyak center and therefore all the time need to take the taxi.
Thanks again to the team ☺️de for allowing us to stay a little later until we left for the airport.

We stayed there for 4 nights and wished to extend our stay but it was not possible, I recommend BNG Villa for Honeymooners it is the best place ever, calm, clear, relaxing and very very private, the private pool was the masterpiece, it is a peace of heaven really, they are very friendly and helpful there, always welcomed with a perfect smile, we wish to go there again soon, it was simply WOW!

Stayed in this villa for 4 nights.Almost everything about the place is excellent.
Due to money transfer issues between banks advance booking payment did not reach the hotel. They honored my booking and asked me to pay on arrival. Very nice of the hotel.
Positives: The villas are very nice, neatly maintained, excellent value for money. Staff excellent and almost always anticipated your requirement. We enjoyed the private pool and the very natural settings.
Access: The hotel is bit away from Kerobokan and may be a bit difficult to reach at times. Since we had our own transport arrangements, we did not use the hotel facilities and can not comment on the transport services from and to the villa.
To Improve: Food needs definite improvement especially BF need more options. My suggestion would be try to have your lunch and dinner outside
Open bath concept is good, but be careful when you are with kids.
Overall.. very nice and very good value for money.

Great place for couples that want privacy. We maybe saw two other guests our entire stay.
Pros:
- Very private
- Good breakfast included in the morning
- Outdoor pool and living room area were excellent
- Semi-outdoor bathroom was unique (shower heat and spray was a little finicky though)
- Friendly and helpful staff
- Decent priced minibar
Cons:
- Have to take the free shuttle or taxi to get anywhere (nothing within walking distance)
- Free shuttle only runs till 5pm (taxi is less than $5 though)

The privacy was probably my fave thing about this hotel. The hotel staff where very friendly. The pool was cleaned every day. Room was spacious and good air con. Staff dropped us off to local landmarks one way for free. Free airport transfers. Overall I would stay again if issues where resolved as the rest of the holiday and the pool where amazing.
Food items where left out even after we asked for it to be cleaned. This caused birds/bats to make a hell of a mess to the point we did not use the outside living area. Breakfast was very limited in choices. You where allowed one cooked breakfast item per person but the portion was so small it was not worth it. The towels where probably the worst thing as they where very old and grey looking for a supposed white towel. A lot of ants but it was outdoors so can’t really fault the hotel in that. Rooms do need a slight refurb as things are starting to look chipped/broken.

This resort had taken me completely by surprise. I was expecting good things, but nothing could have prepared me for it. Feom arrival staff couldn't have been anymore welcoming or helpful and the accommodation is simply paradise. Everything and I mean everything was perfect, so much that I was very upset to leave and am already planning my next trip. Fantastic, Amazing, Spectacular. No words can do it justice.

We were there for 4 days stay. Villa looks nice on pictures. It's quite remotely located. Nothing around the area unless you hire a car with driver to take you around.
We got a villa with 2 bedrooms and a private pool within. There's an open space living room in between the 2 bedrooms with insufficient cooling system. The fan provided is too weak, hung above the high ceiling which made the area very hot and stuffy for relaxation. The lights provided are roo dim in the night that we had we use our headphone's torch to shine on the food we had for dinner and snacks.
The bedroom is sparsely furnished. There's no rack/table provided for your lugguage. No wardrobe in the bedroom. The only space that comes with aircondition.
The attached bathroom is very big and elongated. The bathtub and wash basins on the left end and the rain shower o the extreme right end. There's no table or chair provided near the shower area so you don't know where to place your towel for use.
A small cupboard is placed in the bathroom presumably the only space for your clothing. There's no ventilation at all in the bathroom. It's good for those who enjoy the heat as it's burning and stuffy.
We were entertained with the bats dropping their faeces on the towels provided on the table near the pool 2 days in a row. The bats came in the day and night. We brought it to the attention of the hotel staff and they did was put some medicine in the ceiling whete
