The place is relaxing, the service very good and the area is very clean. The only thing is that we asked a suite to cook sometime, but there was no dishes in the kitchen (we have to ask at the reception to get it) and same thing for the cooking gas it’s a supplement we have to asked. We didn’t expected this because we used to get everything furnished already in all kind of places we went before. Except this, this place is very relaxing and beautiful. We recommend 👍

Friendly staff, good value for money, great location and lovely pool. Rooms are comfortable and clean. We really enjoyed our stay as it was centrally located but not in the busy streets. I would highly recommend this location. Kids stayed in their own room right next to us, we loved that the rooms had a little kitchenette.

This place is quite amazing, especially for the price. The staff were available and friendly, and were considerate and diligent. The layout is awesome; the entrance/driveway is lined with birds of paradise and that sets the tone nicely for this beautiful experience. The pool is well tended to and creates a beautiful backdrop for your FaceTime calls (and a refreshing oasis away from the heat/humidity). The room was spacious and had a coffee maker. There is a kitchen, too, if you want to stay longer (we only stayed three days). There is a nice gym with a fancy treadmill and weights (machine and free). Above that is a yoga studio with great views. Nearby are a mart, pharmacy, laundry place, and nice restaurant with great tuns and desserts. Very family friendly, but also peaceful and secluded to enjoy with your romantic partner.

I was very disappointed with this hotel. We asked for early check in but when we arrived at 12 we were told we would have to wait until 2. I got them to check and the room was ready so we could check in. There was a musty smell in the room. The bathrooms were not cleaned properly, you could tell someone just went in a sprayed the sink and toilet but didn't give them a wipe. Breakfast was average, there were dead flowers on the table. My husband spilled coffee on the table and the cleanup job was terrible, they just wiped the coffee onto the floor leaving a big mess under the table and the table was t wiped down until I asked and industry mop the floor. I was going to have a massage but they are expensive compared to other local spas. Instead of taking a credit card at reception they take a 200k Rp deposit and did not want to add our dinner onto our bill until I insisted.

We stayed here for 2 weeks. The positive side is the staf and the possibilty to prepare your own food on the gas stove ( 2 plates). The training facility was much better than other 4 star hotels and good view over the Rice field /forrest. Food and drinks are not value for money. You must expect mosquito here, The internett is not the best in Bali..maybe some limit one the capacity. There were many russian here for Long term stay and they probably worked at night as the slow internett was more a problem then. The pool was dirty when we arrived but after 3..4 days it got really good. The BIGGEST PROBLEM is the LOCATION of this hotel. This area is so filled with heavy traffic so unless You are not travelling on a motorbike you should find another place. The closest beach is in Kuta. If You are here for the first time and like to go to a clean beach, no big waves,You should find hotels in Nusa Dua Area or Sanur. If You are looking for parties and mingling with other surfers in the caffee...(age 20..30) this may be something for you.

Till now, one of the most relaxing experience in Bali !! The staff is just wonderfull, smily and professional. Dessy and Yoga are amazingly concerned about costumers asking and really reactive. Amenities are stunning, enjoy the pool with the sound of the nature and nothing else. Perfect stay in BALI.

Very helpful and friendly staff. The receptionists were always smiling and were able to answer all our queries with ease. Highly recommend getting a massage and hair spa here. The lady at the spa is lovely. Stayed here for only 2 nights, but will definitely stay for longer next time I am in Bali.

Despite of the friendliness of their staffs, this place's cleaning management is not so good. For some reasons, the floor always a bit dusty, even after the cleaning time, the toilet never been really clean , no toilet cleaning. The shower room is filthy and the bed room on the top floor is so spooky, because it's dark and looks old. The gym is okay, old stuffs, some are broken, I could only use the dumbells. The swimming pool is small but it's alright, they still have good pool beds, BTW it's only 3. The food is not fantastic but edible with quite normal hotel price. The hotel location is far away from the beach the central . Very tranquil tho.
I hope they could improve , because the place itself is so beautiful.

I live here more then 1 year already! This place becomes my home. Since I came here in June 2022 I don’t want to move to any villas, hotels, or other places. So many advantages here. Such a nice green area, great swimming pool, looks like a small private beach club, your own gym, spa. If you live on a villa with friends, you have very small private zone (just your room), that is important when you live for a long time. If you live in a hotel, you mostly have no kitchen that is necessary for living imho. So here you could find everything. You have your own two floors apartment, with all you need. Big common area. Very kind staff. Everyday service. One more: most expats know, Umalas - is the best district in all area around Canggu. It is more quite and green, comparing to Canggu and Seminyak. There is no traffic jam like there. But there are a lot of shortcuts so you could get there in 5 minutes by bike. And very quickly you could get to Sunset road. And also you have plenty of restaurants around, 24 hour shops with ATM machines in 200 meters from the Hotel, Pepito store in 500 meters. So I live on Bali 4 years already and for me it is the perfect place for a long stay. Big thanks for all Pandawa team 🙏🏻

I wanted to check in to a hotel as my flight landed late at night then head to my Airbnb after two nights. It’s basic but clean… bathroom could do with bleaching for mild and new bathroom seats though. It’s basic but fine- I do tend to stay at 5day luxury hotels or great airbnbs though so for some this might be normal. The treadmill is unsafe but weights are fine
