Beautiful grounds, friendly staff and spacious villas. My group consisted of 5 ladies and we stayed in a 3 bedroom villa. The breakfast is great with several options and Enik was so friendly. She remember my breakfast order and offered suggestions that were perfect. Dilla and Mawr at the front desk were helpful with advice for how to get around, we didn't know about GoGrek. Everyone is friendly and I hate I didn't write names but the guy that took my pictures and walked us to the local store; the gentlemen that spoke each morning in the restaurant making sure we didn't need anything or the manager or owner, a gentleman who wanted to make sure we had his cell phone number when we left in case we needed directions or help.

I love this Villa and totally recommend you! This villa is very private and fully equipped with kitchen, pool and flamingo floaties, room with TV and AC, bathroom with bath tub and open shower, also huge living room. The location is also perfect (close to Canggu and Kuta/Seminyak area). The food is very delicious (I recommend you the chicken parmegiana, chicken finger and chicken katsu). I will be back again to this villa for sure! 💙💙💙

Splendid!
What an awesome and friendly service!
We arrives by Airport Transfer that was already booked by the hotel. When we arrives, the vila hotel manager Ms Purnami & Ms Putu welcome us with a welcome drink! They were very friendly & provide the best service to ensure our stay is good. Our honeymoon is a successful, awesome & unforgettable. A big hands to the housekeeping team as they make up the room less than 30mins. We was amazed how fast they can clean up. We go for short breakfast and back to villa. Surprisiy, they already finish. We will miss this for sure and wants to come back in future. The room filled with honeymoon decorations & flower patels in the pool for candle light dinner. It was truly amazing! The breakfast serve is nice and 1day of floating breakfast in the room.
Amazing private pool & a bathub in the room. Can’t describe how happy we are. Thank you to the driver for sending & fetching us from airport. Thank you! ❤️

Perfect for families and groups wanting to spend time away from the hustle and bustle of Kuta and Seminyak. Great Villas with private pool, staff are friendly and Ketut stood out in making sure the visit was a memorable one. Easy connectivity to both south and north of Bali.

Food options can improve.

We absolutely loved our stay and didn't want to leave (seriously did not want to leave). We arrived very late in the night and the hotel arranged for their driver to pick us up at the airport. The villas were hugh (bigger than our appartment here in Sydney) very private and extremely clean and very very romantic. The villas are so private you don't have to put clothes on as long as you are in your villa. Very good value for money - we paid approx $160 per night. The staff are absolutely lovely and very helpful and couldn't do enough for us. The rooms were cleaned every morning while we were at breakfast and again in the afternoon when we got back to our villa in the evening the bed was turned down and the pool lights etc turned on. The only negitive experience was the spa. The girls were absolutely lovely and did their best - my partner and I had a massage, facial I had the manicure and he had a pedicure - he thought it was great as it was his first such experience ;-) but I wouldn't really recommend the spa. The villas are a short distance from the shops and restaurant and beach but the driver at the villa will take you there and to get a taxi home costs about $3 or $4 - we always left a tip and all up will cost about $10. I note a lot of people commented on the breakfast but it was fine and the service was excellent. The bed at the villas are so comfortable too. it's very peaceful, quiet and relaxing. The pool at the villa is a lovely size and we just loved getting into it when we got back to in villa in the evening after a day of shopping, and sipping cocktails on the beach! It certainly was a lovely way to cool down and relax. Also we hired a driver at the villa to take us around for the day up to ubud and to the money santuary to the shopping market area and that was wonderful. So all in all 5* from us we loved it and would have no hesitation about staying there again. Can't speak highly enough of it. Also, my partner wasn't too keen on going to Bali (never on his to do list) and he's still raving about it absolutely loved it.

It took about 25-30 minutes drive from the new airport to this hotel. If you need hotel to pick you up, you can make that arrangement by stating it in your booking. Not sure if they charge for this service. Hotel provide free shuttle (1PM & 5PM) to Seminyak and Legian.

We hope we could stay longer than 2 nights in a 2-room villa with private pool. The villa is spacious and private. Staff are extremely helpful especially Ibu Windari who have been helping us when we need to book a boat transfer to Nusa Lembongan and when we need to get medical treatment.

The Bidadari spa package is excellent too with affordable price. Service and massage is truly enjoyable. I can feel the for being treat like a Bidadari (means fairy in English).

Would recommend this hotel to family and friend. Will revisit this place.

Family of 6 = 2 adults 4 children aged 17,14,12,9 this was to be our long awaited holiday 18 days of bliss !!! (17 years of waiting + saving) We were very let down at the state of our villa
#15 it needs a good over haul the whole place seems to be falling apart the room was very smelly like it had been locked up for years (my husband said it smelt like dirty nappy's) The shower looked like it had not been cleaned the sheets and towels yellow or grey and they make the bed but don't change the sheets we had to request them done after day 10 it was getting too much. Bottled water is in the bathroom lucky to get that every 3rd day have to ask for toilet paper (1 roll x 6 people really!!) the kitchen bar fridge,no kettle, glass top bench just placed there + slide off (head high for kids) and breakfast (eat out) GOOD POINTS its quiet,The staff are lovely people and the little shack at the end of the drive has great food (saved us) we wanted to leave but 3 bedrooms at xmas time we couldn't find any vacancy's on short notice Definately not for elderly or young child FAR TOO RUN DOWN and well over priced for what you get !! they wont see us again .....

We were due to stay here for 4 nights but after viewing the villa we decided not to stay. The whole place is dated and in need of a bit of a re-vamp. We found the layout of the villa's odd - the garden is dominated by a huge gazebo which leaves you with no space to sit outside and enjoy the sunshine. The pool is very narrow, and appeared that it would only get sunshine for a couple of hours a day due to shade created from surrounding buildings.

Also, we had made our booking via laterooms and paid a higher price for each night so that they would not deduct our money straight away and with the option that the room was refundable. Despite this they deducted the money for the 4 nights before we arrived and charged us for the first night despite it being unsuitable and very different to the pictures that were shown on the website.

The villa was OK-ish but having stayed in bali before I know of SO many better places to stay in the same area in the same price range. We moved to a villa a few hundred metres up the road and loved it. With only a few days to enjoy Bali we really weren't prepared to stay somewhere so mediocre and just plain odd...I strongly urge you to look around.

From the moment we were collected at the airport by Made the service began and never disappointed after that. The villa itself was so private and peaceful, we were tempted to just stay in! The shuttle service was fantastic with friendly drivers. 'Made' even waited for us outside the supermarket while we bought supplies so he could take them back to our room for us, saving us the problem of carting heavy things around. When we were a long time in there, he came in and rescued us as we were struggling slightly with our first experience with the exchange rate. Our parcels were waiting for us in our villa when we returned.
The villa itself was beyond my expectations with absolute privacy. Reception only rang us when absolutely necessary, but they were always prompt when we asked for anything. The private pool was a perfect temperature, private garden was immaculate, bed was very comfortable, all plumbing worked a treat, air conditioning perfect. The safe in the room was very reassuring for first time traveller.
Breadfast was always ready for the time we asked. They were quite busy so we were asked to come to the restaurant on most days. Breakfast was basic but always plenty of it.
No real negatives to speak of. For those that want an early cup of coffee or tea, ask for a kettle. We asked but I don't think they understood, because the manager said yes there was a kettle. None could be fund, so we used the pot to boil water. No milk in the fridge meant we had to ask at breakfast to take some back to our villa.
If you are embarrassed by your toileting...the see through toilet door might be a little confronting, especially if you are suffering bali belly.
Other travellers meantioned the slippery tiles. We were VERY careful and still slipped. This is not a place for young children...the tiles being just one of the difficulties.
All in all only minor difficulties. I just mention them to help you enjoy your stay. I will definitely be back.

Dont know about the food, beach is about 25 min walk. Best way to travel is by scooters. Taxi is also possible, then use blue bird or go jack. Taxi drivers on the road will ask high prices. Travix is busy, by car can take a long time.
