Stayed in 2BR apartment with my family for 1 month. We love the location and easy to go around Canggu and Seminyak from there. The staffs are young and very helpful. However the property need to do renovation and pay more attention on their facilities (Spa, front yard, pool etc). So much potential if the owner maintain the property .

The last we stayed here was in 2019, and my family and I had an enjoyable time. So this time, based on our good experience, we decided to stay here again for 8 nights. It was a mistake. After booking, for some reason, I decided to look at the TripAdvisor review, and much to my concern, there was several negative reviews. Against our better judgement, we decided to proceed as by that time, we had not much alternative. What was mentioned in the earlier reviews were accurate. General facilities no longer in operation (no Gym, the Spa ceased to operate), the pool was not maintained well, dusty and broken staircase railings to the rooms, poor lightings all round (even in the bedrooms). It looks and feel like a deserted establishment. What was more disappointing was the condition of our 2-bedroom Suites. Mouldy groutings, stained vanity tops, loose and tarnished taps, dirty and stained towels ...... the list went on. At one point, they ran out of towels and had to resort to using the pool towels. Sofas looks and feels that it was not cleaned for years, the bedroom doors could not close well, blinds that does not serves it primary function, and aircon CUs that are terribly noisy for lack of servicing. The lightings in the rooms in general are inadequate. The good points are that they have The Livingstone bakery as their breakfast venue (independantly run), and the location is excellent (you must try Sundari Spa and Monsier Spoon restaurant). My kids used to love this place and they had good memories of their last stay, hence our return. Looks like this will be our last stay, unfortunately. There are so many things that they can do to improve the property until they undergo a major renovation; painting, fixing broken fixtures, removing the moulds and servicing the aircon. The fact that these were not done simply reflects that attitude that they adopt towards guest satisfaction. I felt short-changed in relation to the price paid. I hope this feedback would be useful for future guests in making decisions, and most importantly, for the Management to do something about the state of the hotel.

My partner and I booked this last minute while in Bali as we wanted something a bit bigger for the last few days of our stay. While it served its purpose, it is very rundown. The light fittings were hanging out of the roof, the shower had mould. We actually lost hot water 2 days before check out and asked them to fix it, unfortunately still had cold showers. The place was dirty when we checked in, the blinds are almost impossible to open and the blanket on the bed was old with rips on it. Also there was some bad weather and we heard water leaking inside the roof, that’s when we noticed the big water stain where this has obviously been going on for some time. Another mention - house keeping comes around at 9am which was pretty inconvenient. Overall I think it’s ok to stay if you’re on a budget for a few days and don’t care too much about your safety. Positive is the staff were really nice and the location is pretty good.

Hotel was terribly run down and far from clean!! Value for money it was not and the staff don’t seem to really care. The bathrooms were mouldy, lights didn’t work nor did the blinds allowing everyone full view into our bedroom!!! Hotel management were advised and did nothing about it. The pool is in appalling condition, when it was open!!! Tiles missing, decking warped with exposed decking nails making it difficult to walk on. There is virtually no sound proofing so we could hear the guests upstairs walking, running and jumping every time they moved. Guests had a party on multiple nights by the pool during the very early hours of the morning - staff didn’t stop them. New Years fireworks were launched around the pool, apart from being dangerous they rendered the pool out of action the next day whilst it was being cleaned up! Leading to the reception area there are two “ponds” that are not lit and have no safety barriers - I fell in walking to reception and was simply told to watch the puddles…you actually couldn’t see the ponds nor the three foot drop🤬 The bathrooms are in need of a very deep clean to remove all the mould and soap scum and some towels that are better than a dish cloth. We had virtually no soaps in the bathrooms, good thing we had brought our own!!! The kitchen, whilst there, was poorly lit and very under supplied - one small frying pan and blunt chopping knife. No bowls for food preparation, no dish rack to wash and dry and a kitchen tap that only supplied cold water as it was broken. The gym was “closed” for maintenance - it’s now been removed from the website so I’m gathering it doesn’t exist any longer. For what you pay, there is much better available and I won’t be staying there again

The good: Friendly staff. largest 2 bedroom apartment in the area. Reasonably central. Shopping nearby. Massage nearby. Nice bed. Late checkout. Best restaurant next door. The average: Run down hotel. Neglected feel. Planks missing from walkways and arches around pool. Septic tank smell near furthest corner in garden. Tree roots growing into pool wall. Tiles missing. In desperate need of an upgrade. Glory days as shown in advertising images long gone. No bbq, no beach shuttle. No buffet breakfast - you get vouchers for nearby cafe. No laundry service initially. Have to stand in bath on sink plug to have shower. Dog barking next door most evenings. Sinks that do not drain properly. Worst: completely mouldy pool umbrellas…seriously Would be ok if wasn’t for the premium price paid. Hope new owners get onto it to make it great again.

This place is horrible!! Don't ever stay here!! My partner and I booked for a couple of weeks and we ended up having to leave a week earlier because we were stalked by some lunatic who came knocking on our door at 3 AM in the morning, waiting for us at the parking lot, at the swimming pool, etc. We tried to ask a help from the staff but they did nothing, and in their words "it's your problem, not the hotel's problem" just because this lunatic also managed to "finally" book a place in this hotel. They didn't want to help to provide a police station number and said to "let them know if something happens to us" what a joke. Refuse to help transfer us to another hotel/room/ or refund our money. Totally unacceptable attitude.

The housekeeping was lazy, the management didnt even bother to check their work. I stayed here for 2 weeks, they tried to charge me for 4 bath towels and 3 hand towels on the last day 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel had makeup stain, which CAN BE REMOVED INSTANTLY WITH WATER. ( I REMOVED ALL THE STAINS IN 2 MINUTES ) but they said they checked and they couldnt remove it. Which they lied. Because when i confronted the housekeeping and ask how they checked, and he didnt answer me. Which really left me wonder, how do they clean their towels and bed linens. Do they even use water/soap/bleach???? The rest of the towel was not stained. Yet they are charging me for it. They showed me their towels, which are dirty and have brownish stained to even begin with. Hello, you didnt have the whitest and cleanest and fluffiest towel on the first place. There are holes on your towels. And because 2 of my previous towels are stained ( which they didnt even bother to wash or soak with water), they punished me, they dont give me any towels after they clean my room. Is this prison? Im a paying guest, and stayed for 2 weeks. They left the dirty towels in my room stacked with the dirty wet bath mat. YES, they didnt even want to change the bath mat, and they fold it together with the towels that im suppose to re-use. Are they out of their mind? I chose this place because i heard nice reviews, nice location, but, this is not how you treat your guest.

this is our first stay ath the suites. It was superbly amazing. The location, the staff, the room (this is outstanding) the facilities are two thumbs up. Great place for routine escape. Close to many restaurant, groceries store. We stay here with our family. Two bed room suite are great. Larga living room, dinind area and theres a working table too. Well, you still need a place to hangout with your laptop right? The kitchen was fullset with stove, water heater, fridge, microwave. Just like i said, Feels like home... we cook, eat, swim and repeat for three days. The kids love to stay there. in fact, they already request to stay there again. HIGHLY recommended....
