We only stayed with Vinit and his family for one night but it was a great experience. The family were incredibly welcoming and made us feel at home immediately. Throughout our stay they were attentive but never pushy. The house is beautifully situated on the river pampa and the rooms at the front of the property have incredible views. We...

Hospitable, friendly family who try their best to make your stay a pleasant experience. Sunset walk was very informative and concluded with a boat trip back to the home. The food, although plentiful, was disappointing.

An amazing Homestay. You do feel like you are in your own home. Our host was charming, warm, friendly with a great sense of humour. Our accommodation was beautiful, very stylish and spotlessly clean with views over the Pampa River. The meals prepared by his wife were so very delicious and served so beautifully I'd say they were the best...

We stayed during Diwali. The family welcome us to join in with their celebration. The food was excellent. They also use a purified water system so worries there. It was so peaceful and calm. The star of show was the three year old grandson.

We did what many other reviewers wanted to do, we stayed more than one night, four nights in fact. The hospitality, the meals, the local advice, the ability of the hosts to recommend activities and the comfort of the room were all first class. This is a homestay run by a family that really know how to put guests at...

I stayed here as part of an Intrepid tour of South India. It was a lovely experience. We had supper cooked for us by Mr Gopals wife and sat around a big table talking with Mr Gopal about the Kerelan backwaters and the food. He wouldn't rest until we were all very well fed! The rooms were above the "standard"...

Doing a trip of Southern India with a tour group and we were brought to stay here for a night. No one wanted to leave. You are welcomed by the family, who are so lovely, and keen to share their local knowledge of the area - having grown up here. The meals served are typically local dishes from the area...

This was one of the best experiences I had while traveling India for a month. The hosts were amazing!! So welcoming and lovely, home cooked food was delicious and also included a fascinating tour of the backwaters nearby. The rooms were spotless and tasteful and the bathrooms newly renovated and spacious and again so clean! I will make it a...

Stayed here as part of a Geckos tour. Was slightly apprehensive about the idea of the home stay. But Ayana's is absolutely fantastic. Arriving to the home by house boat, it looks superb! A really warm welcome. The house is newly built and really comfortable. The bedrooms are beautiful! Also went swimming in the river beside the house. Dinner was...
