It's a nice, shabby house with a low run little garden in front and an open-air seating area in the back. The feeling is not the one of a formal guesthouse, but that of a shared house, where people meet and stop for a chat or for drawing on the walls nice paintings. The room was spacy, no mosquito nets...

I stayed in Dream Nest Guest House during my Kerala trip. The owner Saiju was a very kind man. He was very helpful and sweet to all the guests. The guest house is in the centre of the town, so everything was easy to find. I needed a boat ride in Allepey, they helped me find one within no time,...

We found Dream Nest after walking around for an hour in the searing heat with our backpacks searching for a home-stay. We stopped for a coffee and booked it online. It was a bit of a walk away from the centre of Allepey and the houseboat dock, but this place was just what we needed. The rooms were large, clean...

Saiju hosted me and 4 my friends in Dream Nest as Couchsurfers. The place itself is really nice with a home environment. it has amazing "balcony" area, decorated with the different musical instrument, dreamcatchers, has a shelf with a bunch of interesting books and two matrasses where you can sleep outside under antimosquito net. Saiju is a very hospitable and...

This guest house appealed as it was both keenly priced, and we'll reviewed. Other reviewers also mentioned the backwaters canoe trip, which I was keen to go on, as I didn't have the budget to stay on a houseboat. The guest house itself is perhaps a little out of the ways, so you'll have a bit of a walk to...

Jason (owner) was recommended to us by friends. Although we stayed at another guesthouse, I highly recommend booking a backwater canoe tour with dream nest. Sadu can take 4 people in his canoe which made it very personal. He welcomed us into his home and his wife made us some fantastic Keralan food throughout the day. I'd suggest asking him...

We spent two days at the Dream Nest. The room was big and clean. We did the canoe trip they offer and would absolutely recommend it! The team working there is very nice and makes you feel welcome. Unfortunately you don't get any food or drinks there, but try the masala chai place three shops further.

By foot it is only 5 mins to the town centre, 20 mins to the beach and 12mins to the backwaters . Our rooms are clean and spacious with ensuites, all have fans & we have one room with a/c. We also have a communal area for guests to socialise. We have our own house boat and canoes so we can tailor your trip to the backwaters to suit your individual requirements.
