I did not stay in the Veranda, however I went there for dinner with few friends, the restaurant setup is beautiful but when we arrived we did not see anyone to welcome us so we went and sat in the smoking area. We waited for 10 minutes for a waiter to show up so I had to walk to one...

Stayed for two nights during the second week of November. The place is very impressive and disappears into the hillside and jungle. It may have been fully booked, but you could not tell. I had booked a villa penthouse and despite the almost 80 stairs up to it, I really enjoyed the room. The bathroom air with glass bricks set...

I have visited this charming place many times either for a drink, sometimes an evening meal for a treat and on 2 occasions a working breakfast with the owner Lilly. The staff have always been superb and the food equally good. Superb.

Veranda resort was the centre-piece of our honeymoon. We stayed in a lovely (and enormous) room in the Cliffside building. It had a private walkway from the infinite pool to our room, two decks, and a foyer that was bigger than the bedroom. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The only downside was finding change at the resort --...

I booked for one night but on arrival decided to stay for two. The first night was in the main buildings with a very large room and balcony which I was very content with. By pre arrangement we were moved on the second day as the first room was pre booked. The second room was in their new building slightly...

This is regularly described as rustic but this is not how I would describe it. It has all the mod cons and attentive service that other high profile hotels have to offer. The hotel is situated on the hills of Kep national park. Many rooms and the restaurant have a view of the sea and coastline. The rooms are bungalows...

This resort is set in the hills with a great view of the coast. The bungalow units are very spacious and clean. During our stay, I was on crutches and the staff were very attentive. The only drawback is that the resort is connected to the paved roads by a short rough road. The Tuk Tuk drivers choose to build...

This was to be the highlight of our month tour of Viet Nam and Cambodia. YES, the room was huge, albeit 'rustic'. Right beside the pool......bonus!!!', yes, the infinity pool looked beautiful, yes, the staff were wonderfully friendly, however: Breakfast is pretty basic. Bread, cakes, jam etc are all uncovered and generally covered in flies. The pho has a particularly...

Dear Guest, We are very disappointing to see this review on TripAdvisor. By fully reading your review, the first thing that pop up in my mind is " You have a real problem with groups and kids!!" Veranda Natural Resort is welcoming for now 14 years; couples, children, families (small or big) and different nationalities , of course in a...

The Verandah Natural Resort has become my favourite place to holiday; it is rustic and elegant. It is eco friendly and quiet and sits like a jewel in its jungle hideaway overlooking the south China sea. Here are the two most well cared for swimming pools and they are large and beautifully maintained;chlorine levels perfect for swimmers without goggles. The...

We arrived for our 3 night stay and within 10 minutes decided to extend for another 2 night. The resort is spectacular in every way. The scenery, the view, the pools, the rooms, the wifi, the food and the staff are all amazing. Catherine and her team have made this not just the best hotel in Kep, but perhaps Cambodia....
