I wouldn't say it's a great location for the beach. They did have some (not great)bicycles we rented so rode to the beach area which is about 1k away. We stayed on the 2nd floor of the lodge, nice patio area up there, room was clean, TV had a fair selection of English. The bathroom was great, shower was separate...

We had a pleasant stay there, mid February for two nights. We had one of the rooms, not a Bungalow in the garden. + Nice location, just a short walk from crab market and just beside sailing club Clean Very helpful staff Nice breakfast Great pool - A little noisy in the early morning Laundry service was a little late,...

Room was, clean comfortable, in a great location, the service was amazing. Their English was not that good but they tried their best and did everything to accommodate you. 12 different hotels of similar or more expensive price and this is only the second that I would recommend or return to.

Stayed in Kep for a week over the Christmas period. Changed accommodation to join friends over the New Year weekend to Kimly Lodge. The location is good close to the beach and within easy walking distance of the Crab Market. Pool is small but nicely presented. I stayed in the main building although bungalows are available. My room was clean...

I wish there was an option between "average" and "very good", because while this hotel was a bit underwhelming, there were also things that were really impressive. I do feel that their advertising is a bit mis-leading. They advertise cabins/bungalows, but we were placed in a small room on the ground floor. They also advertise that they're a 2 minute...

We stayed for one night but wish that we could stay longer! The cottages are beautiful and there is a lovely lush garden that gives the illusion that you are in a forest. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful (although their English wasn't the best). Although we didn't eat here, we saw other people who did and the food...

As longterm expats living in Phnom Penh we have stayed at Kimly lodge many times. Usually we stay in a beautiful bungalow for $25 and have no problems... This time when we visited the price went up to $35 AND we were not even given a bungalow, but were placed in a less than adequate small dark room on the...

Accommodation: we stayed here for a week in both bungalows and guesthouse. The former are better positioned but vary in design and functionality of amenities. None of the three bungalows we stayed in had hot water - just warmish. The guesthouse rooms are newer but very basic with nice beds, but not comfortable (e.g. no shelves, no reading lights, no...

It could be a really nice place, but unfortunately they don't seem to care enough about service. The pool was not very clean and the sunbeds were really dirty. The room was nice, and big, though there were no shelves in my room, just a small wardrobe and a kind of over-high table. The towels were well-presented in shapes, but...

The Kimly Lodge is located near the sea and the sailing club, not to far from the Crab Market. The quality constructed bungalows are set among lush flowers and fruit trees. Some come with fan or air/con, all have en suite bathrooms, hot water shower, comfortable beds and a large balcony to relax. The restaurant serves a wide range of Khmer and western dishes and the bar offers you a wide range of inexpensive cocktails, beers and wine. The Kimly Lodge is under the same management like the famous Kimly Restaurant at the Crab Market.
