The underlying problem with Nataya Resort is that the management has very poor understanding of what it takes to run a resort... The concept of the 'round house village' is appealing, the setting is beautiful, - and that is basically it on the positive side. Upon arrival, we entered a reception area that was a total mess; it looked more...

We were very excited about our stay at Nataya as it looked great on the web. The setting was indeed very beautiful. Right on the beach front, set in a gorgeous garden and a really lovely infinity pool. The rooms them selves were also lovely, although not as private as we'd hoped. Each round house is actually 2 rooms and...

Thinking we were heading to a back alley hotel off the main road it was a really big surprise when we drove down a tree lined driveway to reception. This resort was bigger than we imagined, beautiful rooms, great pool, wonderful gardens, staff were very pleasant and helpful. Only cons; bed was hard and pillows were too high, music in...

I live in Phnom Penh and need to just get out of the city for a bit. I absolutely loved this place. Found a really good discount for off-season which made it affordable for volunteer like me. Beautiful and I like that it's away from everything. Got to really soak up nature and the pool is incredible. My only negative...

It was an amazing place to stay, beautiful setting. There were a few works going on which restricted our access to the pier however they didn't impact on the overall trip. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The restaurant is a bit over priced and had run out of a few of the dishes on several occasions however overall...

I haven't had an overnight stay yet, but I have visited numerous times now for lunch and a swim. So far I have thoroughly enjoyed my time at the resort. The food is good, the views are spectacular, and the environment is refreshing. I definitely recommend it for an afternoon off.

This resort looks nice, but service is poor as you get inside and walk through with no one care to ask you. Until you ask and waiting for them without telling where to sit. Please help to improve on this.

A very special and unique natural resort built at the foot of the Bokor mountain on the edge of the ocean. So many beautiful trees and exquisite gardens. The pool is stunning and the rooms are very nice. The restaurant is very stylish and the food and service was all excellent. A great place for a romantic couple getaway~! Will...

We stayed in a deluxe king ocean-view suite with our two children (2 and 5 years). The room was comfortable, and the property is large and has a great pool. Unfortunately, there were too many other issues that made us feel this was an average hotel at best. There were no mosquito nets provided for our children's extra beds, so...

Excellent accommodations, the villas were spacious and comfortable. The pool was very nice. Staff was friendly. Only negative would be the distance from the city, though the hotel arranged to get us back and forth.
