We had a wonderful safari experience in Tanzania, and our favorite place to stay was this small tented camp. From the Maasi guards to the views and our lovely meals under the stars, this felt like a safari tented camp!

The food and Staff made this place. The cook was exceptional !! I would have brought her home if possible. The owner was great love that he is setting up or help orphan elephants! rustic but fun. Lots of wild life in this park.

Just finished a two week Safari with Safari Legacy, Kikoti Safari Camp was my favorite stop on the trip! This place is the perfect mix of luxury, amazing food (I'd like to steal their chef....the soups alone are worth the stay!), and beautiful accommodations. The style of each room is designed with all local materials and it is built into... More

We were the only people at Kikoti Safari Camp in Tarangire National Park when we arrived. We spent two days there. The camp is owned by Safari Legacy who handled all of our safari arrangements. The camp is much better than many lodges. The staff was especially friendly and tried very hard to please us. For wake ups in the... More

I recently returned from a trip of a lifetime. While visiting Tanzania, we stayed in 2 lodges and 3 tented camps. My favorite accommodations were the tented camps. These tented camps offered unimaginable luxury in the middle of Africa. The staff, food and lodging at Kikoti Safari Camp was wonderful. I loved the individual tents on stilts with full bathroom... Very clever room designs. Being on stilts you get a great view and feel safe from any animals that might pay you a visit at night. The pitch of the roof reduces the bright light in the morning whilst giving an open view on three sides. No glass but screens keep the rooms beautifully cool. The staff were willing and... More

Individual raised rooms with good facilities. Lighting does not work for reading. They bring you coffee with your wake-up call. Since it is the home to animals. you have to have an escort after dark. Nice fire pit at the central lodge.
