We had 3 tents here for one night. They were all immaculate. Large with great shower toilets attached. A real toilet. The food was excellent and the staff couldn't do more to help. We woke up with a herd of Zebra grazing round the tent. A truly magical place and first class.

We stayed here one night. The tents are spacious, neat, well presented and has the bush shower. The bush shower is filled manually and the staff wait around to ensure you have enough water to take shower. Bottle water is provided for drinking and brushing your teeth. The staff are friendly; took care of our special requests for the meals...

This camp tied for the number one accommodations on our recent trip. It was definitely the favourite when it came to staff, food and safari feeling! The people working there are so friendly and happy. Due to the animals that come through camp at night we were of companies by a Maasai Warrior from the moment we arrived. My friends...

We stayed two night at the WTTC. Warning this is not for you if you expect all the commodities you have in a hotel. Having said that I was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable this tented camp is. It has personality and an incredible feeling to it. I loved it. Tents have a thatched room and concrete floor and have...

A small cute camp of 6 tents. The management of the camp makes it a point to respect the environment by having no running water and no electricity. Hot or cold water is provided whenever you ask for it to shower on a hanging bucket. The staff stays around your tent to make sure you don't run out of water...

A small camp of only 6 tents. Comfortable tents and friendly staff. The food on the whole is very good. The evening meals were delicious with plenty of food but no choice , the breakfasts were ok. Again no choice , the eggs were not so good and the toast was so hard almost impossible to eat. They organised the...

A good place to stay when on safari. We liked the sleeping tents which were clean and comfortable (had shower and wc). Very friendly. The "Bush TV" was an odd but interesting experience. Food is definately the biggest area of improvement. Our conclusion is that management really is trying to make the best of a small place in the middle...

This is really back to basics , in lovely bush surrounding where hot water is limited and the light generator stops at 10 in the evening we loved and enjoyed every minute. During the night you could hear the sounds of the wild animals in the area . We were pleasantly surprised in the morning when a heard of at...

You will think your driver is lost. You will wonder what the heck kind of place will be waiting in the middle of the arid scrub. And then you will be wonderfully surprised. This was one of our favourite places on safari, totally different from everywhere else. It felt like glamping Victorian fashion, but not in an arrogant way. Great...

Whistling thorn camp is situated just outside the Tarangire National Park. We were surprised that our driver could find it as their were little discernible signs to indicate what lay among the thorn trees and dusty tracks. We were warmly welcomed by Edwin and his staff. The tented accommodation was lovely and the showers unique but surprisingly efficient. The food...
