The hotel had nice big rooms that felt pretty clean. I am fussy about clean bathroom and noticed a couple of dirty corners. Other than that the hotel provided a nice breakfast, had pleasant rooms and was in an area where we could walk to most places in town.

My wife and I checked in the Crossroads Inn and Suites for about the tenth time in the last three years. Great people at the front desk and our check in was quick and painless. We stayed in one of the jacuzzi suites again. What a way to wind down after a long day! The room was clean and fresh....

We decided to take a last minute trip to the aquarium. This hotel was affordable and close. We checked in, the parking was a little difficult but finally found a spot. The room was nice and clean. We were on the bottom floor near the vending and heard everything outside - trash truck at 3:30am, traffic, vending, etc. The beds...

My family spend 4 nights at Crossroads. We were not overly impressed but it did the job. We went with a queen suite and really liked how there was a sitting area and a bedroom. This helped make space for our family. At some point I miss read and thought the couch as a fold out...I was wrong. The rooms...

My first visit at this hotel. The bed was comfortable and the suite room was very spacious and we enjoyed the in room jacuzzi. Cleanliness was okay, the walls had some marks or spots on them that if they werent dirty then perhaps the walls should be touched up to look nicer and cleaner. Found a few stray hairs but...

This hotel isn't the fanciest place to stay in Gatlinburg but it is all you can ask for....clean, comfortable, safe and conveniently located right on the strip where you can walk into hundreds of shops/restaurants/etc. There is a nice sized heated pool that goes from 3-8ft deep to relax in. The room was immaculately clean... The mattresses and pillows were...

elevator would break down and left my boyfriend stuck for 15 minutes. Office knew because people were stuck for 45 minutes in morning. When told of problem I was told it would be fixed on monday when they didn't have to pay overtime. Not good business I think. Had to use ramp to go anywhere.

We enjoyed our stay at Crossroads Inn. Checking in was easy. The staff was friendly. The room was clean and bug free. We visited the pool one night. It was nice and the kiddie pool was nice for the little ones. Breakfast was very nice. Bed was comfy. Pillows were okay. Overall, we would stay again if in the area.

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel staff was friendly. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was good except for the attendant being a little rude. Parking was a bit of an issue. There doesn't seem to be enough parking spaces if the hotel is full.

The Region is Beautiful. I'm still not sure what the draw is to the Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge Area, which in my initial opinion seems to be a tourist trap, but you can decide that. There's always good to be had between things, and we found it in this small place tucked in to the hillside. Everyone was friendly, room was...
