Was a decent room for the price... bed was nice and room was clean. I liked the fireplace and living room space the furniture was comfortable. I liked that the room had two tvs and a bedroom with a separate door. Some negatives were that there is only one elevator so if you're in the top room it's a good...

Great stay at a very nice hotel. Hotel was very clean and is located right in the heart of Gatlinburg. It is within walking distance to the aquarium which is a must if you visit. Nice friendly staff, great breakfast, and a nice outdoor pool. Will be staying here again in the future.

This is one of our favorite places to stay in Gatlinburg. We have never been disappointed. Spacious clean rooms, friendly staff, and most of all convenient to everything! Great pancake house almost attached on the corner...Only reason I would choose another place, is that this place is not pet friendly.

The hotel was very nice, clean, and spacious. The only problem with the room was there was a piece of carpet that was loose and coming up, but that was very minor. Loved the pressure of the shower. We were there in February so it wasn't real busy which we liked. The breakfast was not the best. Didn't really like...

Great place to stay, near the Atrium restaurant which has awesome breakfasts. Walking distance to downtown, very clean and roomy! Love the Jacuzzi tub and the beds were very comfortable! Showers were nice too.

I stayed here for one night so I could hike the Pennsylvania Grand Canyon and surrounding area. I stayed in the Loft which was a very comfortable huge space. The Inn was easy to find. There's room for six or so cars in the back, though some of them will be blocking others in. It was really clean and cosy...

We got an excellent rate being off season. However they put us next to the elevator and the ?water pump ran off and on all night which was kind of annoying. The rooms were very nice and staff friendly and courteous. Nice breakfast in a section on the 4th floor with fabulous view. They could use a chair or bench...

Stayed here 2 nights in January for a soccer tournament. We were in a 2 queen bed room on the 2nd floor, 206. Positives were that the room was large, the beds were nice, had a mini fridge, and the staff was friendly. The downside, the room(s) needs updating; old carpet, old tiling, and styling. Bathroom door hit fan cover...

We've stayed here twice - friendly staff, and the rooms are done up nicely. Right next to the main strip in Gatlinburg, so no worries about parking. Just don't get a room near the elevator - super noisy!

My fiancée and I arrived a couple hours early to check in, and they were kind enough to let us into our room early. Although the room wasn't spotless, it was clean enough for an early check in. The fireplace worked well, and the heating and a/c worked. It was very convenient to be able to walk to the next...
