What a shame about the fires. We stayed here during the first weekend in November. The views were beautiful and the food and dining room/bar were first rate. Hopefully the lodge will rebuild and be better. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
My husband and I stayed here for three nights in June 2016 as part of a two week road trip. It was by far the nicest hotel of our stay. We booked a one bedroom suite and got Chimney Tops Room 5201.
