We were in a 2 queen room. Very spacious including the bathroom. Comfortable mattress and bedding. Nice to be able to park in front of our door. They are obviously remodeling-rooms in back of building appear to be under construction. We were on the first floor with a patio facing the pool which was not open due to it being mid-April. However, had it been, there didn't appear to be a way to get to the pool other than hopping the patio railing or walking all the way around the building which seemed inconvenient and odd but perhaps it's a safety issue. When I checked in the clerk also took my temperature. I appreciate COVID precautions but this is the ONLY place besides a medical office where I've had my temp checked. Were they not going to let me check in if my temp was high? And they didn't take my husband's temp (he was waiting outside). Finally, it's a nice enough property with a great, walkable location but it's jammed in between 3 other properties-but I guess that's what you get when you stay in Gatlinburg which is why I usually don't.

Hotel's Favourite
First let me say that I'm super picky when it comes to hotels. Looking at online pictures the outside does not flash "new" or fancy but let me tell you, I'd stay here again in a heartbeat. The hotel was remodeled and the rooms are adorable, comfy, perfect for 2 or a family. It was clean and had a clean smell. With Covid, they replace your towels and things each day. There is no making the beds but we didn't care about that so much. Just happy to be on vacay. Staff took my temp and used health precautions to keep us safe. Did I mention the beds are super comfy? One of the nicer parts was the patio out our room. Many of the neighbors sat outside and we all chatted from our socially distanced spaces. Close to shops and restaurants. We will definitely be back!

We decided to come to Gatlinburg last minute. We had a trailer hauling our sxs and we weren’t sure that we would find anywhere to accommodate our parking needs. These guys were great. They helped us out. The room was very nice and clean. We will definitely be back!!

When we arrived to check in they told us the room was not available yet, I was provided with parking for the hotel. And told to come back at 3 pm for check in. 5 minutes later the manager called me to tell me they couldn’t give me a room for my 2 night stay due to water pipes busting. All of this I can understand can happen at an establishment. But i was unjustly given the run around for no reason the manager communicated that the agency I booked the hotel with would be contacting me and would get me a room in Gatlinburg, but the issue was it was the weekend and every available room in pigeon Forge to Gatlinburg was taken up already. Which ultimately forced us to get a room an hour away. The manager acted as the replacement room extra cost would be offset by them which wasn’t the case when my agency finally contacted me. I will say that Gatlinburg is a wonderful town and the manager was attentive once she informed us our room was not available. She even contacted my agency for me. But as it was the hotels fault I feel something extra should’ve been thrown my way because it did cause me a great bit of grief like a free nights stay in the future would had been a nice gesture on their part. The other thing i would like to mention they did still have rooms available because they booked in other people that day I was dealing with this issue. Right in front of me, I was told it was because of the type of room I booked which was 2 queen beds. I only needed one bed to begin with. Thats the only difference in the room. Versus the other peoples who where still being booked. And me arriving early I feel I should’ve been prioritized to get the first available room since there where some rooms left unaffected by the water issues. And the last person to arrive on that day would had been the ones to have to find other accommodations which ultimately was me 3 other parties. Thats Just my two cents on the whole matter that really made the beginning of my trip to the smoky mountains quite unenjoyable.

Room was very clean, tidy, and modern. Room had a balcony with two chairs. Instead of housekeeping coming in and cleaning the room, you could submit a ticket by hanging it on your door to request new supplies like towels, toiletries, coffee, etc. Trash and dirty linens were to be left outside the door and it would be picked up by hotel staff. very pleased with this quaint little hotel! will be coming back.
