We didn't use the voucher because the town was super crowded when we were there and we just didn't want to navigate the traffic mess again. We took the trolley which is the purple line. Trolley stop is in parking lot of Fairfield and it lets you off smack in the middle of Downtown by the Aquarium. At 50 cents a person each way, it's a bargain.
