Upon check-in, was notified that our room was in the Hilltop Building so needed to drive back out to the strip then up a steep hill to get to the parking lot. What was nice about this was that we were far enough off strip so that it was quiet for sleeping but close enough that it was easily walk-able...

The staff is great and very accommodating. The hotel is outdated and run down. Our room had torn bar stools, mold in shower/tub, faucet in kitchen needs work and the bed squeak really bad. The breakfast rock and the pool was great. The location was great for food and shopping. The Front desk said they are getting a remodel soon,...

I am sitting out on the balcony and I can hear the cicadas. The pool is very nice and you can walk most of the main street of Gatlinburg from here. The rooms are typical of Quality Inn, but it is clean. The free parking is a real perk!

As an Elite Diamond member of choice I can say I've stayed at a lot of their properties over the years. This one was not spectacular. What an odd lay out. We checked in and had to get back on the Main Street to get to our building. Had to hike up Mt Everest (sarcasm) to get back up walking...

Have stayed here 3 times before doesn't seem to get old have had the same room twice now. Good full hot breakfast. On the main drag but placed back off the main downtown strip. It's quiet peaceful with the creek running rite through the property. Absolutely nothing negative to say about this place.

I have been in a lot of hotel rooms in The US. I have honestly never been in such a disgusting and humid room. It had mold across the whole room, spiders web everywhere, and flies and misquotes before we even entered the room. It was simply disgusting. Our bed and pillows were actually wet caused by the high humidity...

Stayed here for one night last Wednesday. Called ahead for a reservation cause I knew Gatlinburg would be hoping. Decent rate of about $79 so ok. When we arrived we were told we would be on the hilltop building not on the main grounds with the pool and the breakfast room. Ok not a buggy. But it would have been...

Comfortable bed and clean is what the positives are. Oh yea, view from balcony creek side was also fun. We are at a time that hotels in this market should have up to date tvs. They still have tube tvs that require multiple remotes. Breakfast was not great. Yellow rubber discs that we think are eggs. Biscuits were soggy. In...

Overall experience was good. Staff very helpful at check-in and breakfast was filling. Spoke with General Mgr on condition of lobby and dining area and he was quick to answer that their remodeling "had begun." They had previously upgraded their Wi-fi and were to finish the lobby upgrade within a couple of weeks. He was also quick to point out...

The beds were uncomfortable, the mini fridge did not work in any of the 3 hotel rooms we rented, the food was ok the eggs were microwaved and the apple juice was super watered down, we requested a room with a river view and we got the parking lot. the elevator is the only way to get down to the...
