We always stay at the LeConte. It is a older place but it is family owned. It is clean and we have never had a problem there. The staff is very friendly. It is close to everything. You can walk to any of the restaurants, pancake houses, shops or ride the trolley where ever you want to go even to... More

The people who work at LeConte simply can't be beat from the clerks at check in to the housekeepers!!! BUT, the motel is not good. We had a double queen bed room in building C on the 3rd floor. The room was very large and spacious but the bathroom was super small. The towels were scratchy and there wasn't any... More

Reserved a 3 bed room in September. When got to the room we had a 2 bed room. Asked about the 3 beds and was told they didn't have one. We made do with what we were given. Room was a nice size. Beds were hard, pillows were flat. Sink and mirror on outside of bathroom. The very worst thing... More

Anytime we are in Gatlinburg (several times a year) this is where we stay. You can't beat the location! The staff is always so nice and friendly. Make sure to take your bathing suit/trunks because they have an indoor pool and hot tub that is wonderful. Remember, it is not the Ritz but it is still a great place to... More

We chose this hotel for the location. It's close to everything. We also enjoy the rocking chairs in front right on the parkway. This is an older hotel but it's clean and has a great office staff. We will stay here again.

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary over the weekend. This hotel is in the heart of Gatlinburg. Our room had a private balcony, gas fireplace, and jacuzzi. It was very affordable, under $150, which is a good price for the amenities and the location. Plus, the hotel itself has indoor and outdoor pools and hot tub. The... More
