We traveled to Gatlinburg for the Craft Fair and to visit with my brother. The hotel was near the convention center. The bathroom was small and had very old fixtures. The sheets on the bed were ill-fitting and I discovered several insects; one was a spider, the other I killed before I determined its species. It did have a hot...

Met some friends in gatlinberg for the weekend and rented a cabin. Our family wanted to stay an extra night to see my sister who just happened to be in town so we booked a room at the Sidney Mountain Lodge. I've stayed in hotels 10-12 times a year for the last 30 years and never given up on a...

Our shower leaked to the room below, we had to go to the front desk three times for change for the washer because change machine not working, dryers took 3 times to get clothes dry, comforter had old dried blood on it, we had to go to the office to get our own replacement, water pressure was very weak when...

First off, the wifi stinks! The pool was too cloudy to swim in. The rooms were older and a bit outdated, but everything was clean. I'd stay again on a quick trip. It is in walking distance to downtown Gatlinburg. That was very convenient.

Stayed in a room that overlooked the river. The room smelled musky, the carpet was dirty and torn. Couch had stains on it and the sliding door didn't lock. We were there one night and will never go back.

despite other reviews saying the rooms were dirty, mine was extremely clean. I especially was impressed with Erika who was working the desk, and was very very helpful. The whole staff was very polite, and always helpful. The indoor pool and jacuzzi was really nice. It's also very close, a short walking distance from the strip. Going back in December.

The staff was very friendly, location was good, you could walk downtown or ride trolley. The indoor pool was warm. It is a older place but it was clean, as well as stocked. We had a room on the end by creek, was private. We was celebrating our 38th anniversary. We will return again.

We stay at the Sidney James Mountain Lodge every year. The rooms are very clean and well maintained. All of the staff are very nice and helpful in any way they can be. We will continue to stay here as long as we keep going to Gatlinburg.

We really enjoy staying at this hotel, we stay in one of the deluxe suites with the fireplace and Jacuzzi tub in the room, off the private balcony is the peaceful stream we love to sit and drink our morning coffee in the crisp fresh air listening to the stream. Trolley pick up right out front of the hotel. After...
