This hotel isn't the same clean hotel I remember. The bed is uncomfortable and the rooms aren't just okay when it comes to clean. My husband and I hadn't stayed at this hotel in about a year or longer. I wouldn't spend the $90 bucks again on this hotel because there is better in Gatlinburg.

But the noise was minimal and staff was very friendly again we enjoyed the balcony with the noise from the river..only thing...

Great location close to the heart of town and Great Smoky National Park. Very nice rooms with balcony on the creek, fireplace and Jacuzzi in room. Very reasonable and pleasant staff. Breakfast was nice with the waffle maker could of had more choices like boiled eggs or yogurt. Overall very nice.

I will say the rooms look nice. The bed were hard as a rock. Constantly throughout the night their were huge loud noises from the pipes. I could clearly tell you my neighbors conversation when she was speaking regularly and I can hear her husband as he peed and flush the toilet. The bestfast sucked.. Should have called it cold...

Very impressed with our accommodations. Extremely clean, convenient & great rates. Outstanding staff, excellent housekeeping. We stayed in 201 & it was perfect. Minimal noise. Breakfast was good, everything was fresh. Cookies & cider were delicious as well. We will definitely stay here again & can't wait to get back.

We chose this hotel for the river view from a balcony. The 2 queen bed room was spacious & decorated well. The beds themselves were uncomfortable and noisy! When sitting on the side or turning over in the night they squeaked! They seriously needed an upgrade. Primary reason for low rating. Breakfast was ok but boiled eggs or yogurt would...

Staying in the busy town of Gatlinburg could be noisy, but Old Creek Lodge provided a pleasant surprise. All rooms have a balcony that open on to the creek and river, and when you open that door, the sound of the rushing water block out all other sounds. You feel as if you are in the wilderness! The furnishings were...

My husband & I took a last minute weekend trip. The price was very reasonable especially compared to other places that were run down & were in the same price range. Rooms were clean & comfortable. Breakfast left a little to be desired but, it was free! My main complaint is the noise level. The walls are thin so when...

We stayed one night at Old Creek Lodge but wish we had booked them for our entire stay in the smokies. This hotel is located off the main street, but is close enough to walk to it or catch the trolley. All rooms overlook a stream and have a small balcony to sit on and enjoy it. The room was...
