I've been here many times, 40 years ago when I was a kid & several times over the last 5 years with our own kids. Soooo, it hasn't changed much in 40 years, but the indoor pool is totally kid cool! Our rooms have been comfortable and yeah, really dated. Hotel is walking distance to the strip. If you're looking...

I don't know how these people have the guts to charge you $150 a night for such and outdated, smelly room? It's basically a motel 6 with flat screen tv's. Thankfully we just stayed there for one night, but had I been smarted, I would have paid $40 extra dollars and stayed at the doubletree. Take my advice and don't...

We stayed here in June 2014 and they were updating several rooms. The trolley stop for Red and Green are right outside the hotel, which was nice since the hotel is located uphill from the Convention Center. The rooms weren't bad but the shower didn't drain well. Beds were not very comfy and the pillows were too soft and flat....

We made this reservation a year in advance after viewing one of the rooms with balcony and 2 double beds. When we arrived were told those weren't available - we were given a room near the pool that was very dated, humid and smelled of chlorine. Sink leadek and wasn't fixed while we were there. The breakfast buffet was terrible....

requested handicap room - bath was fine but we had two power chairs - no place to put them and be able to get around - wi-fi did not work - maintenance would come and it was not fixed the entire time we were there - hope to never have to stay there again.

We stayed here recently for a soccer tournament. Per the photos on the website I was expecting a lot more. The room was ok but the beds were very uncomfortable. The sink in the bathroom was cracked and the water in the shower didn't drain. If you called for maintenance, they would send you to voice mail. The internet didn't...

Overall, if we return, we will not stay at the establishment. This establishment needs a total update. Another issue, is that our charge card was charged twice for breakfast and we paid cash. I have yet to receive a follow-up call from the person's that can update our charge cards. This is stealing and unacceptable business practices. We have never...

Stayed there for a business meeting. There is no way this is a 3 star property. The bedding and towels have permanent stains. I requested clean towels and they brought more stained towels. Entire property is very old and dated. Not well maintained. Not clean. Avoid.

My family and I take a vacation every year for Spring Break. It's the only time we can spend time together and get away and not worry about school or work. This year we stayed at Glenstone Lodge and we were all pleased beyond belief about our stay. Our room had a king size bed plus a pullout couch. The...

Our family of 4 stayed here during a recent Spring Break. It was in the 80's during our stay & the air conditioner in our room stopped working. We notified the front desk at 9am the next morning. We came back to the hotel at 11pm only to find our air conditioner was still not working. The next morning the...
