We arrived after 6 p.m. on a Saturday because of traffic in Pigeon Forge. As a result, we got out keys from a lock box and there was no information about the area -- grocery stores, places to eat, etc. We had to wait until Monday to get any information. In our packet was an inventory list. We were told...

We regret any inconvenience you incurred as a result of late arrival. We do provide after-hours and weekend contact info posted outside of the Welcome Center and on your confirmation and we would have been more than happy to assist with information. The TV channel guide is inside the information manual located in all units. We would appreciate the opportunity...

This resort was beautiful. I was pleasantly surprised at the care and cleanliness of our condo. The pool was under construction which was disappointing and not much else for the kids to do. The grounds manager was not very pleasant. We had two different cabins and every time he saw us on the porch relaxing together he asked how many...

Glad that you enjoyed your stay and we appreciate your kind comments ragrding your accommodations and the lovely grounds. Yes, the pool was under construction but it typically does not open until Memorial Day Weekend. We do pay close attention to occupancy as all of our cabins are privately owned and we have an obligation to our owners to do...

Our cabin, nestled right next to the national park boundary, worked great for or family. We lived the hot tub and pool table. The cabin was quite clean and spacious for our needs. The 10 am checkout time was a bit rushed but, overall, a great experience.

I used my Global Discovery to stay at resort. Condo was really nice (cabins looked great too.) Only negative is if you are on the first floor, you really (really) hear the people above you. So, if steps aren't a problem, get a unit on the second floor. Pool wasn't open in March - but it looks beautiful. People who...

Yes, our condos are really nice as are our cabins and we appreciate you saying so. Hope you'll come stay with us again, perhaps during pool season. Thanks for noting for prospective future guests that the recent fires fortunately did not negatively impact your vacation.

We stayed in cabin 135 and it was very nice. Master bedroom has a whirlpool tub and a great shower in bathroom. Cabin was nicely furnished with cable tv with many channels. Weather was not the best, it snowed a couple of inches one night but was gone the next morning. Gatlinburg had lots of damage from the fires but...

We rented a 3-bedroom cabin for a week and wanted to be outside of town. The kitchen was modern and well-appointed and we didn't need the sharp knives and ceramic pans we brought. Comfortable beds and baths, although the soundproofing was minimal. Fortunately we only had guests two nights! Large bath and 2 bedrooms up and large master bed/bath down,...

we stayed in a three-bedroom cabin and it was very nicely done, comfortable, and everything was provided that we needed to make our stay a great one. We had several steps to climb to unload our car and then later take suitcases upstairs to the two bedrooms there. We went in early December so there was ice on the steps...

Glad you enjoyed your stay in one of our beautiful 3 bedroom cabins. Yes, some of our cabins do have several steps to the entrances. We suggest that future guests let us know if this may be a problem so we can try to accommodate if possible. Thank you, and please come see us again soon.

White Oak is located about 10 miles from downtown Gatlinburg. There is a Food City before you get to town. We stayed in a two bedroom, two bathroom cabin with a full kitchen, washer/dryer and pool table in the loft. This cabin can accommodate up to 6 guests. It has a air mattress which can be set up in the...

Spacious log homes, we stayed in a two bedroom with a game room in the loft. Close enough to the city and a couple of good steakhouses but far enough away not to be in the crowds. Cabin was well appointed with a great kitchen, not that we used it and a a gas fireplace that heated the whole house.

Very nice resort! I had a cabin and the accommodations were a step above other places. The cabin was quiet, clean and very pleasant. The beds were perfect. The welcome center was staffed and very friendly and helpful. Totally recommend this establishment.
