We come here every fall. Wonderful owners and staff, very friendly and welcoming! I'd rather not go into too much detail as I love our fairly quiet time here, but we camp, use their facilities, eat at the lodge and the bar, and rent their boats. Everything is perfect!

Don't even want to share my secret! We reserved a campsite here last minute and were very happy with our choice! The lake is gorgeous beyond words--and may quick portages to other lakes! The staff here was so welcoming and friendly, always say hi and good morning! The food---MMMmmm! We had fish tacos and loved every bite! Good beer choices...

Pleasant staff, clean cabins, cool Lodge, great views. Found this resort accidentally after we had to cancel our reservations at another place not far from there. Definitely worth the drive to stay at this Lodge.

Such a beautiful place! We stayed in one of the cabins. There is a nice private dock at each cabin overlooking Hungry Jack Lake. We took a canoe from her into the BWCA for a day trip to Stairway Portage & the falls area. It was perfect! Food at the lodge was excellent. Breakfast was great, try the Remington or...

We didn't stay in any of the rooms, we were in the area doing some hiking-did Honeymoon's Bluff and the Caribou Rock Trail. After hiking to Rose Falls we ate dinner at Hungry Jack Lodge. The food was very good and we were impressed with the look and feel of the lodge. Very well maintained and clean. The view while...

We stayed in the campground, however, the cabins looked nice too. Each campsite has water hook ups and guests are all allowed to use the shower house and bathroom. I've been to some gross campgrounds, but Hungry Jack is well kept and EXTREMELY clean. It was also refreshing to be in a quiet secluded area. The lake is really nice...

Just got back from our trip to Hungry Jack Lodge. Stayed in the Otter Cabin with my wife and our two dogs. A wonderful trip. The cabin was very clean and cozy, with a very comfortable king size bed. The bathroom was spotless when we arrived, and the shower was great, perfect water pressure. The cabin had a nice little...

I've been visiting Hungry Jack Lodge 2 or more times a year for the last 11 years. The cabins, are rustic and very clean and comfortable. The lodge is the most beautiful lodge on the Gunflint and the restaurant has an atmosphere and view that's hard to walk away from. My family loves this place. You can enjoy the outdoors...

We've stayed here twice, once in an RV and most recently in a cabin. This is a beautiful lodge that has considered all the details for its guests. The owners are there when you need them, but remain discreet so you and your family can enjoy the peace and quiet. The cabins are fantastic, with wonderful views and private docks....

Spent four amazing nights "glamping" in our motorhome. A nice mix of motor homes, travel trailers and tenting. The lodge is a great place to have dinner, breakfast or just a few appetizers and cocktails. Fabulous food and the owners and staff are so accommodating. Very dog friendly. We loved our entire time. Made new friends; both human and animal!...

“We would suggest staying further away from the main lodge. The main lodge tends to get the most traffic (which is not much, but still some). The closer you stay to the lodge, the less quiet it will be.”

“Fox cabin is perfect for 1-3 people and has the best lake view. They also have bigger cabins to choose from if you have more in your group. There's even a huge cabin that would be perfect if you're having a family reunion.”

“There was no private space for a bon fire, and little privacy with the big Deer cabin. Go for the smaller, more rustic cabins right on the water.”
