Jim and Verda are very hospitable, the room is clean and comfortable, and the breakfast is so tasty! The B&B is one of the best ones we have ever stayed. Would stay there again if return Page some day. Highly recommend.

Jim and Verda run a very clean and comfortable B&B, with tastefully arranged rooms and a great breakfast. Jim is a wealth of information for the sights around the area. They make all visitors feel very welcome in their home. Given their international clientele, the discussions around the breakfast table were quite stimulating.

I would have put 4.9 if possible, because we had the smaller room!! But the rest was all 5/5, Verda had us in the evening before the actual lodging, called Jim who came and told us any useful tip about our stay (food, swimming, family...). Before we came Jim had reserved two organized tours which saved us a lot of...

Extremely warm and welcoming from Jim and Verda. My room was extremely comfortable. Also so was the king bed. Great connections to different things to do in page and surrounding areas. The pancake syrup was the best I've ever had!!

Only a couple of blocks from airport. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Very informed on what to do while in Page from places to eat to sites to visit. Made reservations and provided directions. Excellent breakfast. Highly recommend and will return if visiting Page again.

We pulled in late after driving for hours and were pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome feel of this place. Jim and Verda were happy to help us plan our adventures the next day and gave us a lot of good info. We ended up staying a second night.

We stayed at the Rose Walk Inn B&B for 3 days and at was really nice: The rooms are clean and comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. Page is also a nice place for activities. Jim and Verda were also very helpful with giving advice for trips and restaurants. All in all we can recommend this B&B for anyone who...

We stayed two nights in the smallest room with a queen bed, which was still really big by city standards. The room and the whole house was incredibly clean and comfortable, all towels, linens, and toiletries are provided, and the breakfast spread is wonderful. Jim and Verda were very welcoming, get up early to make your breakfast and might even...

We loved the familiar athmosphere. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. For breakfast we got homemade fabulous 5 * pancakes and fresh fruits. Jim& Verda take care of his guests by giving information and tips regarding actvities in this area. They assist in booking tours or making a reservation at a restaurant. We would like to stay...

Jim and Verda have created a lovely B&B located close to the Page city center. Perfect location to explore Antelope Canyon, The Wave or the Colorado area. We had the upstairs suite with two bedrooms and an en-suite bathroom. The rooms were nicely decorated with very good beds and an own fridge. The breakfast was outstanding, with homemade pancakes and...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
We are a traditional private home B&B. We are conveniently near the airport but you'll be well insulated from the noises. Some of the rooms have shared baths but there are suites with private facilities available. We have had a lot of experience with providing advise on local sights, attractions and adventures. We get great feedback on our breakfasts and accommodations and we can adjust the menu to suit different dietary needs and time schedules. Come and experience both rims of the Grand Canyon, Monument Valley, Zion, Bryce, Lake Powell, Rainbow bridge, Antelope Canyon and much more from one home base. You will enter as strangers and leave as friends. ... more   less
