After making several calls to many locations we chose Lake Five Resort because of Ron. Ron has been very accommodating and took the time to answer all of our questions. I had read that Ron and the resort were so many others favorites and it's easy to see why! We had 3 cabins for our family. We highly recommend to...

Our family has grown from a family of 4 to a family of 7 We no longer need 1 campsite we need 3 Our family tradition still lives on 32 yrs at the lake and we still look forward to it. 2017 is booked and we are looking forward to making new memories with our grand baby, family and friends.

We are all, at our Lake Five camp, pretty much family. A sense of belonging and being part of the deal is something quite wonderful. Life is good: comfortable, casual and nonchalant with just the right feel for duty, concern, and it does not get much better than that. You guys make it happen, 30 years plus, that’s half a...

Just booked in for August again! 5yrs @ Lake Five!!! Best camping trip of the year! Ron And the staff are always so amazing to us. The kids run free, the lake is so clean and warm. Live music on the stage is excellent!

What a delightful find! Beautiful, clean, well-kept little gem just outside the gates to Glacier NP! Gorgeous little lake… family friendly. Ron is a wonderful, story-telling, host, full of life and wit, very gracious, helping us out w/ our trailer while we trekked to Banff. We'd be back in a heartbeat, if we didn't live so far away. Have told...

I used to go to Lake Five Resort as a little girl, back in the 70's when my sister and her "cool" drill team girlfriends would take me up, buy me a 3-scoop, stacked hard ice cream cone that I'd eat as they basked in their lovely bathing suits along the shore in front of the lodge. It was so...

We camped at Lake Five several years ago & it truly was one of the most enjoyable places we have ever experienced! From the moment we walked in Ron, the owner, took pride in welcoming us & providing us a sweet spot to camp by the water even though it was a super busy Canadian Holiday weekend. Lucky for us...

Alright. We are glad you're coming back. June or even May is always easy to get a room or a place to camp and September is hard to beat, even early October. I will be trying to talk you into a two visit summer when you're here in June. You will have a lot quieter experience than you saw with...

Lake Five Resort is the most beautiful place on earth. My parents have been taking my sister and I here for over 25 years (fortunately they aren't sick of us and still welcome us and our significant others!) The scenery is breathtaking, the lake is warm and clean, and the resort is impeccably taken care of. All winter long I...

Thanks for the nice review Brooklyn. Awesome and breathtaking you say. Warm, clean and impeccably taken care of. I think you and your family are pretty awesome and impeccable too. Let's just keep getting better. Tell Angel her photos are delightful. The starry sky shot looking north—wowza. —Ron

My husband Marek and I stayed 4 nights at Lake Five in early October 2016 in our motor home. The resort is just outside West Glacier – really nice location – near the park, off the highway and right on the lake. The site we picked had full hookups and was in the pine tree woods. The shower had plenty...

Thanks for writing the nice review and if you want to try us earlier so it's warmer we'll be happy to meet with your desire. We will be busier and you won't have the place so much to yourselves and you will find the most interesting bunch of diverse and friendly folks you've run into in a while. They're great...

Ron is very friendly and very accommodating. The cabin was right on the lake with a beautiful view! Very clean and pet friendly which made my stay with my pup awesome. The cabin was immaculate and very cozy. The only down side was the trains on the other side of the lake but I got used to them quickly. I...

Thanks for the nice review. We are happy you like our place, want to return and will recommend us to your friends. Trains on the other side of the lake are a fact of life darn it and while trains haul freight more efficiently than any form of transport they also remind us we're still in the real world. That...

I have immense respect for the folks who steward the very special shoreline and campground areas at Lake Five Resort. I have had blessed stays in the fall seasons of 2014 & 2015. This year 2016, unable to make my fall trip to L5R, I content myself to encourage others to experience this very special place. As a botanist and...

Thank you. It is especially gratifying to be appreciated for taking care of things and more so from a member of the scientific community, one engaged with nature. We like our customers when they leave it cleaner than when they arrived and if I get to leave this little piece of Montana nicer when I leave while seeing our place...
