No chest of drawers provided in the room. Bed was too soft and too low to the ground. Doors were stiff and slammed really loudly. Check-in area was always crowded and front desk people were perpetually confused, from check in to check out. The pool was oftentimes closed in the mornings and was way too crowded most of the time...

We had an excellent experience at the Marriott by the Brooklyn Bridge when visiting on 4/21/17 through 4/23/17. Every one we dealt with was helpful, up beat and friendly. From the porter who met us at the car, to the representative at check-in, to the waiter in the bar area, to the cleaning staff and door man. It was fairly...

The hotel was very nice and everyone on staff was courteous and very helpful. The rooms are clean and very nice and large for New York City. My main complaint was the lighting in the bathrooms. While the mirrors were beautiful with the built-in lights on either side, the lighting was terrible for doing make up and hair. I requested...

I stayed across the bridge in Brooklyn. Great hotel with Marriott reward features maxed out and it was a short walk across the Brooklyn bridge or Manhatten bridge. Close to the downtown area, and food. Close to the subway.

I didn't expect much, but the food was over-the-top good, the ambiance is really relaxed, and the service is more fun and subtle flair than show. Had simple stuff, tomato basil soup, cesare salad, stuff like that. Unique and fresh take. The chef was most appreciative of the compliment. Loved it!!!

When I was working, I would stay at the Brooklyn Marriott very often. In fact, I was one of their first guests the night they opened in 1998. Since that first night I have always enjoyed my time there and have been amazed that so many of the original employees are still there. The level of service is superb and...

The Marriott at the Brooklyn bridge is a great alternative to staying in Manhattan. The hotel is modern and in the center of Brooklyn surrounded by dining and shopping options. The rooms are also larger than the NYC standard and recently renovated. Don't expect to have a view of the city unless you paid for it though, most of the...

Great staff! Hotel is really nice and the staff couldn't do enough for you. I wouldn't stay there again though because there was no room service and you can't get s drink before 4:30 in the afternoon. They have a grab and go concept which is not the Marriott standard I know. I will still stay at Marriott's but will...

We stayed at the Brooklyn Bridge Marriott for the long Easter weekend. This is a very large hotel with great service and decent size rooms for NYC. The staff, particularly Nick at the front door, were very helpful. We forgot a couple things, and needed more coffee packets each morning, which were brought promptly to our room when requested. The...

My room was lovely, clean, spacious, 2 views of the city. The bed was so comfortable. My room had everything you need fridge, safe, coffee maker, desk and a huge flat screen TV. The meeting facility was perfect and the banquet staff was amazing. They attended to every detail and were there for us whenever we needed them. Would definitely...
