We stayed at the lodge for two nights during the 1st of September. Kory, the owner was super nice and friendly. We stayed in a room in the main lodge where we had 3 beds. The room was very clean and comfortable. The room opened right into the kitchen/dining area which was very convenient. It also had an entrance from...

We were greeted by a friendly family member. Our room was clean, large and full of antiques and memorabilia. A fabulous breakfast is served in the great room, also full of memorabilia. This family are homesteaders, several generations of Alaskans and proud to be so. They are very knowledgeable and helpful about all things Alaska. Corey was FANTASTIC!!! We saw...

Taste of Alaska Lodge is a must stay location outside of Fairbanks. You will not find nicer hosts, a better view or a more delicious breakfast. Debbie and Dawson (the dog) greeted us when we arrived and got us checked in within minutes. She showed us our room which was spacious and immaculate. She let us know that Kory cooks...

What a beautiful taste of Alaska with a lovely touch of an Alaskan family environment, caring about their place as much as caring about their guests. Kory and his family presented us with a most incredible view, a wonderful garden and a hand built pond welcoming the local moose on a daily basis. After a great and comfortable sleep we...

We spent several nights at Taste of Alaska. The lodge is full of all kinds of interesting memorabilia and antiques. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, well set up. Grounds are beautiful - flowers everywhere, room to walk around, chairs outside each room to enjoy the views. Food was excellent and plentiful and there was something to match everyone's taste....

Such a charming lodge. Our stay at the A Taste of Alaska was wonderful, our room was huge and fit our family of five. The restaurant is perfect and quaint, it is too bad we didn't have diner there but the breakfast was wonderful. Kory, the owner is so sweet and makes sure that you feel welcome and makes sure...

We recently stayed one week at A Taste of Alaska Lodge to view the Northern Lights. We stayed in the Log House, which has two bedrooms and a full kitchen. The Log House is spacious and comfortable, and offers a convenient location for viewing the Northern Lights. From the Log House's deck, we could check the Northern Lights activity to...

A great B&B for rest, relaxation, and adventures. From this location just a short drive from Fairbanks we went dog sledding, walking with reindeer, and night sky viewing. The rooms were large and comfortable. Kory, owner and chef, prepared a delicious breakfast daily and coffee and hot tea were always available. Our 4 night stay was most enjoyable.

Thank you Kory and staff. What a wonderful location and B&B. Great staff, great facility and great food and beer on tap. Super neat antique's. The heated floor in the bathroom was awesome and a great bed. Kory and the staff are fantastic. Great place to view Northern Lights too if the lights and weather cooperate for you. Wifi and...

This was our second stay at the lodge. In August 2012 we stayed in the upstairs (west?) wing which would comfortably sleep a large family. This time we stayed in the lower area of the lodge with a door leading directly to the open area where the Northern Lights are viewed. The lodge is just the perfect distance from the...
