The staff spends a majority of their day playing on their cell phones or gossiping about their other co-workers. If you have an issue that requires a manager you better hope you get Jaren instead of the Shab or Naomi. Those two are as useless as I have ever seen in my 24+ years of traveling. I found old rotting...

Average. That's all I can say about this Courtyard. There was no place to get coffee at 7 am, the pool is absolutely tiny (about 10 feet by 15 feet), and the exercise room is super small too. Although the room was good sized, the windows are paper thin and all the street noise comes right in, including the T...

My wife and I were in town to go to some games at Fenway. The T stop is only a block away providing easy access to greater Boston and Logan Airport on the Green Line C. Fenway Park is walkable but could be a stretch for some folks. We did not eat in the property cafe as there were so...

The lobby is clean and well laid out, the front desk staff were very good. The location is great for walking to Fenway and there are lots of places to eat and a Trader Joe's very close if you're staying for some time and like to shop for groceries instead of eating out. The room is a little dark with...

Coolidge Corner is a great spot with a lot to offer. This Courtyard is right in the middle of all the shops, and well kept. But, comes with a pretty steep price (near $400 for mid week). In the end, it's a standard fair Courtyard, no surprises, and again, very convenient, but hard to justify the costs when other options...

The Manager, Sheb, and Front Desk representative, Valerie, were particularly kind and truly went above and beyond during my stay. I was there for nearly 3 weeks due to a death in my family and I can't say enough about the staff's considerate and attentive help while I was there. I had to continually extend my stay and although the...

since our last stay several years ago the hotel has been re-done-new carpets, bathrooms(most now shower only) and new furniture. Room had fridge. The staff, always friendly. The only real issue was the poor working of the cooling unit. During the night the room would heat uop, way above set temp then cool down. There is a starbucks on first...

I was here for two nights. The room was very clean and modern. The TV was very large and could be angled towards the bed. The shower was clean and the water flow was forceful. The lobby had computers and printers which helped with printing boarding passes. All in all a pleasant stay.

Very comfortable spot- not walking to BC but we got a cab there- cabs were available out front, we then got an uber back. I liked the common areas- there was a TV and nice comfortable couches.
