Lots good to say about this place. Everything is modern and seems new. I had a King Suite and carpet seemed brand new. Very comfortable bed. Room included a sofa, coffee table, desk, big mini fridge (not the tiny ones you see in Springhill Suites) and micro. Flat screen TV, but for some reason I can't figure out, it is...

We were staying in Vancouver for a convention in Portland, OR. We stayed at this Hotel many years ago so we had an idea of what to expect. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the hotel has been upgraded in many ways. The beds were the highlight of our trip. Most hotels have rock hard mattresses; these were soft...

My road crew and I (20 people) are on the road for 7 months of the year. Needless to say we stay at A LOT of hotels. Comfort Inn and Days Inn (just next door) was our home for a month. They are clean, comfortable, close to everything and the staff is amazingly accomodating-Shiloh, Misty, Cliff and Sean made our...

This place looked good on the Internet, reviews not too bad, close to freeway but not too close, near a favorite restaurant, etc. but the noise from other rooms, hall etc is not worth the value $ of the room. The checkin was great, the gal that helped us said we were "upgraded" from the 2 double we had requested...

On check-in, after specifying a QUIET room in the reservation, we were terribly concerned. The place was filled with kids screaming, running wild in the halls, goodness knows where the parents or chaperones were. There was some multi-state sports tournament in town. The front desk staff initially said they couldn't guarantee us a quiet room because the kids were "staying...

Passing through Vancouver I spent the night at this Comfort Inn. The property's appearance from the outside is average, but parking lot was clean. Lobby area, hallways, elevator, carpeting in need of updating (some renovation is due). Front desk staff upon check-in and check-out were very helpful and polite and helpful. Room was a typical Comfort Inn, however it was...

The only con I have for this place is that there was a group of noisy boys staying there at the same time (the hotel can't help that...), and the structural design of the room and bathroom were not that great. Again, they can't help that, that's how it's been since they built it. Oh, I guess one con they...

The room was just that, nothing over the top... and I am ok with that. When I was booking I kept wondering, why is it so difficult to get a room in Vancouver. Found out at check in that there is a baseball game going on and there is a bicycle ride coming through (Seattle to Portland). The front desk...

Hello BaybiePowder, I have been trying to come up with a way to respond to this review and I figured i would just jump in and try and figure this out. On the one hand, I am always training my staff to be thoughtful, courteous and knowledgeable about our area and what is going on, that is our job. But...

This review is a mixed bag. The down side were: 1) It was advertised with a Jacuzzi but when we got there no Jacuzzi was present. It looked liked it had been out of operation some time. Under normal circumstance this wouldn't have been a big deal, but both my wife and I benefit medically from Jacuzzi use so when...

Rooms are adequate and there is WiFi available. The hotel is located in the same parking lot to the Black Angus restaurant so it is a convenient place for dinner with no driving. The hotel has always been clean and the reception area always helpful. very convened if you are visiting the WA State Schoo, for the Bline or Fort...
