Joan's on Jones was a perfect spot to see Savannah - Parking was convenient but it was within easy walking distance of most everything we wanted to see. The room was very roomy and comfortable. Provisions for coffee and a continental breakfast were in the room for us to enjoy at our convenience. We had the garden suite - It...

While many B&B goers prefer to socialize with owners and guests, especially over breakfast, we were away from the kids and prefer time to ourselves. Joan and Gary took considerable care to meet our rather demanding requests before we arrrived. The quiet, tree-lined Jones Street location is perfect for walking to the river front or Forsyth Park via Bull Street....

We recently stayed at Joan's on Jones in Savannah. The owners there are very friendly and helpful. We stayed in the Jones suite. It opens right on to the street in a lovely section of the city. Savannah is very pet friendly and this Bed and Breakfast is very pet friendly as well. We could walk our dogs to one...

Joan and her husband were very accomodating and sweet people. The room would have been great, except that it was dirty. The bedspread should be thrown out, along with the rugs that hadn't been vaccuumed. The floors made my socks black. I would go back IF the place was clean. Otherwise, it was in a great location.

It was cute, but not worth the price. It was not as clean as I would have liked, and at first thought perhaps because the innkeeper seems to have trouble walking... so I felt badly and thought she must not be able to keep it in tip-top shape. But the next day, we saw there was a maid... so I...

This was our first trip to Savannah, and although It rained most of the time, we had a nice trip. We'd found Joan's on Jones online when searching for a Bed & Breakfast that allowed dogs. Upon arrival, we were very pleasantly surprised to learn that Jones Street is a prime location in the Historic District. We really liked that...

After reading all the reviews, I can't help but want to put my two cents in. First off, we stayed in the front suite. The location was perfect and I loved to be able to walk to eat, site- see and to Parker's a small store for necessities, etc....Second, it is so nice to bring my dogs/kids along. Savannah is...

My husband and I spent a romantic weekend at Joan's onJones in Januuary 2009. The accomodations were superb and Joan and Gary were charming hosts - they were very knowledgeable about the town and surroundings and told us where to visit and eat with excellent choices. Breakfast in the room was quite welcomed since we could eat when we awoke...

Savannah is one of the most charming and unusual cities we’ve ever visited. One of the many things that make our visits to this unique city so enjoyable is Joan’s on Jones. Joan's on Jones is not your typical Bed and Breakfast which is exactly why we love it. There is no communal breakfast ritual, no forced socializing, and you...

We just returned from the latter part of our honeymoon at J on J. Lest you think we are a young dewy-eyed and therfore inexperienced travel couple, we are not. I have just read the other reviews. We distintcly did not view them before our trip, as ,in general, we find reviews too general. Judging from the dates of the...
