My wife and I love to visit Savannah and take in River Street and the Historical District. Recently we have lost our ability to walk long distances, so the Hyatt Regency was the perfect place from which to indulge our passion. It is located between Bay and River Streets with rooms facing the city and the Savannah River. It is...

Great place right on the riverwalk. They had an elevator that took you straight to the riverfront. I highly recommend this hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean. The beds nice and comfy, tho I wish they were queen instead of full, towels were nice and big. Everything was perfect. We stayed in a room overlooking the river and loved...

The Hyatt Regency is by far the place we have stayed in Savannah. The location - directly on the riverfront and promenade affords the guests an excellent place to stroll. The staff is always most courteous and helpful.

Stayed a couple of nights in a balcony room overlooking the river. The room appeared fairly recently renovated, although some of the painted surfaces around the closets and doors looked like they could use a touch-up/wipe down. For me, the bathroom was on the small side (a sliding vs. hinged door would help here), but in good condition. I really...

The staff re professional and friendly with polished customer service skills. The patronage is diverse. The rooms are generous, comfortable and well appointed. You are centrally located in...

We spent one night in this beautiful hotel. From valet parking attendant to front desk (thanks Leonardo), the check/in process and friendly welcome began a wonderful short stay in Savannah! The lovely restaurant river view balcony was a great place for evening coffee and dessert. Would definitely stay here again.

Three of us couples spent 3 nights here & loved our stay. Hotel very conveniently located...only negative was unruly 5th graders on field trip who ran up & down halls all night & pounded on our doors but staff comped our valet parking charges when we checked out for the disturbance. We would definitely stay here again

This was our first time to Savannah. We stayed for two nights at the Hyatt while traveling back to Massachusetts from Florida. We were expecting a pristine room since the rooms were newly renovated and were surprised to see the bathroom ceiling peeling and what appeared to be black mold where it had peeled. There was construction going on in...

They are making a number of changes at the hotel so some areas are blocked off. This work is occurring in the lobby, entrance and meeting spaces. These spaces will all be done thus Summer. The construction is a minor annoyance and really didn't distract from the stay. The new bar/restaurant space is lovely, quite a step up from what...
