Great, unique place to stay - within walking distance to all historic sights. Staff was super friendly. Rooms were very clean with 60s decor - RC and moon pies included. Be prepared for a few downsides. Beds were very soft - a problem for us that need a firm bed. We were in a corner room by the stairwell and...

This place was neat but not clean. The staff was so nice but it just wasn't what I thought it would be. The wifi wouldn't work, there is only 1 plug around the beds, water pressure was nearly nothing and ran cold in the shower pretty quick. The krispy Kream donuts were very stale and the moon pies were as...

Brittany, I'm sorry you had a ho-hum experience with us. I also don't understand how the moonpies or KrispyKreme could have been stale. The doughnuts come nightly and the moonpies come right from the factory weekly. I also don't understand how the hot water ran out as we have an unlimited supply of on-demand tankless hot water. Please feel free...

Excellent service, clean comfortable rooms. Easy walk to downtown. Only downside was the noise--close to the street so bring earplugs. Other than that no complaints. I would definitely stay here again.

First off the parking lot is the worst I have ever seen. There is barely enough room to open the car doors because the spots are so narrow and if anybody parks in the middle strips where there are lines painted, then everybody is blocked in. They even have the nerve to charge you $7.50 per night for parking. The...

We enjoyed staying at Thunderbird Savannah. The location is excellent, close to many points of interest, historical sites, etc. We love the famous krispy cream for the breakfast...so delicious. The first night we stayed there was so noisy in the outside until 3 am..but it's understood since it was St. Patrick's day.. Best regards from Indonesia..

Great location, love the retro look and the included parking facilities where we were allowed to park all day even on our check out day. The moon pies and RC Cola were a cute touch but you might have added some for breakfast that wasn't sugar filled for us diabetics however, I realize that you can't cater to everyone. Great...

Overall a great place to stay. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The only negatives was the the little shower head and not being able to freely control the a/c. Our last night housekeeping did not make our bed, didn't leave a full compliment of linens and no face soap. There were foot prints on one wall and the bathroom...

We had a great time at the Thunderbird. We enjoyed the theme and all the décor. They were very pet friendly and the staff was so nice and helpful. I felt like a guest in a home. There were some minor issues with the Wifi never really working and no place to hang our clothes, which is the only reason...

Thank you for staying with us! I'm glad you had a great time. I do hate that the close rack wasn't installed in your room. We're getting those up :) I do hope you'll come see us again!

Good location for retro motel. Comfortable bed and room. Moon pies and RC cola to welcome you to the room. Popcorn in lobby during the afternoon. Krispy Kreme donuts, juice and coffee for breakfast. Only downfall is tight and small parking spots. If your driving a F250 you'll hang out. Small vehicles no problem. Overall everyone was friendly, helpful and...
