Everyone I encountered (from curb side service to the concierge at the front desk to the cleaning staff) was exceptionally polite, courteous, and helpful. Smiles were everywhere and I felt at home. I also attended an event at the hotel during my stay that utilized the Ballroom space. The wifi was perfect and the space was extremely accommodating. The staff...

Snarly front desk staff, smelly old hallways, ok room. Bathtub not clean. Panhandlers outside - sketchy area after dark. Overpriced food, uninterested server. Non-smoking room clearly had residual smoke odor. Historic with pretty lobby but I will not return.

This is a refurbed hotel with lots of charm especially as you come in. We had a corner room which was a little cold but very clean and comfortable. Spacious for an older building. The day we left was valentine's day and the rooms with the package had rose petals going to the door, so cute! We loved the parisienne...

The hotel is amazing. A lobby that just takes your breath away. Very pleasant staff. The rooms were very clean with the greatest pillows. I think the managers name was Brett. He greeted me warmly every time I walked through the lobby. The bar was just as friendly. I would definitely recommend the hotel and the city. It was a...

This is my third visit to the Lord Baltimore and it has been consistently great every time and by far the best deal in town. The public areas are beautiful and the rooms are immaculate. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I love that the building itself is old and impeccably restored. I appreciate that the hotel is independent...

It's rare to get to stay in a city centre hotel with this much character for only about $100 per night. My room was large and clean, and the staff polite and helpful. Convenient for both the conference centre and downtown.

We had the best time in Baltimore, and the Lord Baltimore was our hub. Centrally located to everything. Rooms were clean, and staff was extraordinary. Kevin, Joseph, Andres and the manager Brett all should be commended.
