Though the room was nice and the bed was very comfortable, we ended up being charged two times by BW. I booked the room via phone from their website. She charged me that day. Then we checked into the hotel a couple of days later only to be charged again - a different amount. When we called the hotel, the...

We had four rooms reserved for one night this past Saturday night to celebrate our daughter's 6th birthday. Our rooms were all nearby each other, which was a plus, and they were decent for a one night stay. I was not a big fan of the mattress, it was a little soft for my own personal taste, but others might...

The staff at this hotel from the restaurant, dining staff, shuttle and service people are very friendly and quick to help. The rooms are being updated, which will make our next stay even more pleasant.

Got a key for room 1014 on the 10th floor, when I opened the door, it was already occupied by another guest. Very embarrassing. The person at the desk, didn't care and even didn't apologies. The restaurant waitress revealed her political options, very inappropriate and also the menu card prices were not consistent. My wife had other prices then I...

Our family of four stayed here for one night for business. The front desk staff were very friendly. The lobby area had dirty couches. The room had great space, clean linens but was dusty and had dirt on floor. The pool area was small and provided clean towels. Housekeeping should periodically come through the fitness area to straighten and clean...

Good value for the money. We wanted to get to Baltimore a day before our cruise left and found this hotel. They offered free parking for our vehicle with the overnight stay. Free breakfast was included also (however the scrambled eggs should be avoided!). Everything else was good. Would have cost us $15/day to park at the cruise port. This...

We stayed there the night before our cruise on Saturday night and left our car there. The room was very clean and the dinner we had was very good and the prices were good. On Sunday morning they serve a buffet breakfast and that was very good and hot!!! The shuttle bus took us right to the port and the...

The hotel room was clean and fully appointed with a microwave, a refrigerator, a modern TV and clock radio and included a free breakfast and a free shuttle to the various Johns Hopkins hospital and medical facilities. The restaurant was not crowded and the food was excellent. I recommend the crab cake dinner. The charge was very reasonable.

We were touring and used this hotel as our base, which worked well for us as free shuttle to the downtown area worked well and save with parking fees etc. This hotel also has stay and park for cruise guests and is close to the big hopkins hospital (also free shuttle ) so it nice that the hotel isn't empty...

We were staying there for a visit to Johns Hopkins Hospital, Bayview Center and this hotel was extremely close to that site. As well, they have a shuttle that will drop you off and pick you up. The Johns Hopkins Hospitality suite was also open this time. It was not open the last time. It was great. Anyone needing to...
